I crushed my iPhone and went to download all my info to the new iPhone I could not acess the cloud because it has a old hotmail account and password assigned to it. I still use the hotmail account but the password has been changed and I cannot remember what it.was that long ago. Last November I changed my Apple ID email from hotmail to Gmail..however never changed the iCloud info..it will not let me change it now or acess the cloud ... How is this done ?

When I first set up my iCloud acct. on my iPhone 5s (7.1.1), I had a different email address than I do now. In trying to log in, it asks me for a long-forgotten password to this old email.
How can I resolve this???? I can't even delete the account because it requires that same old password first before I can turn off "Find My Phone."
I just re-downloaded an app using the iCloud download icon, now i can't find it anywhere on my phone. It shows up in spotlight search, but not in any folders or on any pages. Help me find it please,spotlight search to constantly launch an app.

All of a sudden, my Alias mail account name is telling me that the password or account name is incorrect.So I go into SETTINGS as the button appears for it, and I hit it check all the settings and the settings are fine, nothing has changed. I have not had this problem in over 5 years! Is this a symptom of iCloud going full, taking over MobileMe? I cancelled my MM account 3 months back and have not had any problems. Why has this problems suddenly started appearing? I was looking at the mail in the ALIAS account from the alias account. When I'm on my 4S and goto install pending App updates, it requires a password. That password is different than my iTunes store password. Is that correct? I know the password to install the apps, but can't figure why it's different. It seems wrong. My iTunes userid is a "xxxxx.mac" format and when I goto install the apps, it just says my userid is just "xxxxx".BTW, when I plug my 4s into my imac, iTunes does not recognize it. It is recognized on my Macbook. Not a cable or port problem. This is a whole other issue, but I wonder if they're related.

I Recently noticed that the user name associated with iCloud on my iPhone 5s is in another name. (Probably the previous owner) I could have sworn I changed this when first bought it but obviously not. Anyway, I want to change it to my user name now and seem to be having difficulty doing so. It won't let me delete account to add a new one in my name unless the previous password associated with the old owner is put in, and I don't have that now. It also won't let me switch off find my iphone unless old password is typed in, but it did let me turn it on without old password........strange.Â
ANyway, I have tried contacting the person I bought it off but no answer. The phone itself works perfectly, it's just I can't log into iCloud or delete old users iCloud without the password.Â
