May 17, 2012My previous iPhone 4S was stolen so after filling out insurance claims I received a new one today and did all the shenannigans about setting it up with a new SIM and what not. Sep 9, 2014Recently my mum's iPhone 5 stopped working and she tried to take it back to Apple for repair but they said they couldn't fix it until she gave them her login details however she has forgotten everything but still remembers the security questions. What can she do to get her login details back so she can fix her phone? I was thinking we go to the Apple Store and give them some details about the account such as the address used, security questions and date of birth used on the account but i'm not sure if that works.
