i have lost my iPhone's iCloud password and i cannot get an access to it now because i have activated " Find my Phone " , and i couldn't remember neither the email or password, if there is anyway to bypass this process.

I crushed my iPhone and went to download all my info to the new iPhone I could not acess the cloud because it has a old hotmail account and password assigned to it. I still use the hotmail account but the password has been changed and I cannot remember what it.was that long ago. Last November I changed my Apple ID email from hotmail to Gmail..however never changed the iCloud info..it will not let me change it now or acess the cloud ... How is this done ?

When I first set up my iCloud acct. on my iPhone 5s (7.1.1), I had a different email address than I do now. In trying to log in, it asks me for a long-forgotten password to this old email.
How can I resolve this???? I can't even delete the account because it requires that same old password first before I can turn off "Find My Phone."

I reset my iPhone 4s. I had backed it up to the computer, a Mac Book Pro. iCloud back up was on on the phone. Only a few of my phone contacts saved to the cloud. I didn't realize this until after the phone was reset. Apple said that they probably didn't all save because there wasn't enough icloud space. The genius bar has tried to help and tech support has also. No luck. One apple genius bar person said that they were gmail contacts and get them from gmail. I I can't find anything but my email addresses on my gmail account.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought the iPhone 4S the other day, but my mother had already the iPhone 4. When I connected my new iPhone 4S to the computer, I restored it from my mother's iTunes backup. After that, as I didn't wanted to have her contacts, I deleted them all. Some moments later she told me she had no contacts anymore, too. Then I realized my fatal error, as we both had our iPhones in the same iCloud account I had deleted all contacts in her phone too.
To solve this problem I restored her iPhone 4 in my computer, but then again something went wrong. Her iPhone was restored with a very old backup, so she was missing some new contacts and photos.
I was thinking about restoring her iPhone from an old iCloud backup (one from one week ago) so she can have her phone like it was before I did all this mess (that was about three days ago), but when I try to do that from her iPhone I can only see the last 5 backups that are from yesterday or two days before, but I need an OLDER backup. how to restore an iPhone from an older iCloud backup?

Everything used to work fine. I missed a meeting on Thursday because it did not snych into me iPhone. I noticed contact changes were not synching. I turned of Contact Synching on the iPhone, selected keep contact on iPhone.
All contacts were erased on the iPhone. Turned synch back on and nothing downloads to the iPhone I checked iCloud on the web and the contacts are there.

I have an itunes match account which is currently uploading. It says that I can access the music by switching the on button in settings. My only issue is that in order to access both personal and business iwork documents on the go, I have to carry two iphones with me - which really is inconvenient.
