I just recently bought an iPhone 4. After I erased all content and restored to factory default, It asked about an iCloud activation which was linked to the account of the former owner. I asked the owner about this if she could unlink this device from her apple ID but she forgot her old apple ID and the password. Is there some way I could unlink this to the previous Apple ID?

So my iphone was recently stolen from me earlier today. I do not have an Icloud account, so "Find My IPhone" won't work for me. I have a mobile me account, and everytime I use the Find My Iphone funtion, it says location services are disabled.. any clue how to fix that or get around that??
