BBought the iPhone 5s last week from the apple shop... Got it all transferred correctly via backup ... Everything worked, photos, messages, ringtones etc .....now the ringtones which I have always used and downloaded, are not working ! They did when I got the phone, but yesterday I connected it to the laptop to make sure iTunes was working with it, which it was ... since then , although my chosen tones for text and ringtones are in the list in 'Tones' and ticked , they don't work ..checked using my husbands phone to ring my phone , just got a tinkling type sound, same with text message tones, not the ones I have ticked either on my phone of my iPad ... Tried all kinds but can't get them to work ... And they all transferred correctly from I tunes on laptop to phone and iPad when I connected and applied ...

i have downlloaded numerous ringtones from iTunes and then they disappear within hours.
I Have sunk my phone into iTunes library on my desktop and it still allows them to vanish. I have the iPhone 6 and I have reported numerous problems and they re download but then disappear again. I went to Apple store and they see my phone is having a software issue but said to call apple for a refund, to rebuy my purchases.

so i was downloading apps on my iphone 4s . so when you usally press install app it scrolls on the page were it shows the app being downloaded but my phone didnt do this it just comes back to the homepage of the iphone and i cant find the app ! but when i look for it in spotlight it shows the app.

I just got this phone about 3 weeks ago and just got my data cable and sd card and such the other day. I downloaded a couple of songs to use as ringtones and they are in the correct folder on my card. I set one as my ringtone and called my cell phone from my house phone and it worked. I cut my phone off and I was going to show my wife what it sounded like (when she got off work). The ringtone was set back to one of the originals that came on the phone. I have looked and looked and it seems like no one else has had this problem. I even deleted those songs and tried a new one. It worked fine until I cut the phone off and back on. Same results. I ave this through NET 10 by the way.

And the songs that i already converted is also in the ringtone folder. But for some reasons, when I check in my iphone, the ringtone that I already make just don't appear.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am currently using HTC ONE, and i downloaded pictures from internet using opera mini.... Usually you can find and SEE the pictures you downloaded under "album" right? BUT I CAN'T FIND THEM ANYWHERE!!
I did select "show all pictures" under the setting selection of the album on the top right corner, and the "album" selection on the top left. When i just finished downloading the picture with opera, there's a choice of "view the picture with album" and at this moment I CAN SEE THE PICTURE
BUT! if i close opera and try to open it through album directly, I can't find them at all.
I've tried saving the pictures under various folders, none of them work. The part that really confuses me is that when I open the folders on my computer through HTC ONE Sync Manager, let's say I saved it under "screenshots". I can see the pic that I downloaded sitting there with the rest of the screenshots in the folder just fine yet when I use the "album" app that came with the phone originally, I can still see the screenshots that i made with the phone but the pics that i downloaded and saved are gone! Can't find them anywhere.

And I've used not just opera to download them...i've tried chrome, and the app that came with the phone originally. Same problem.
I was trying to save a pic and set it as my avatar last night and since i couldn't find it anywhere in the album in the end i had to take a screenshot of the photo, and then set my avatar through the screenshot pic (which is the one that could be viewed smoothly through album) .
