so i was downloading apps on my iphone 4s . so when you usally press install app it scrolls on the page were it shows the app being downloaded but my phone didnt do this it just comes back to the homepage of the iphone and i cant find the app ! but when i look for it in spotlight it shows the app.

View 2 Replies View RelatedA made an absolute shambles of syncing my contacts with Outlook. First I had to change simm card so I downloaded contacts from my old sim to my BB before the Sim was voided. I am now working with the new SIM. I connected up to BB desktop manager and tried to sync contacts in a two way sync between BB and Outlook. The result on my BB is a disaster. I have up to 4 separate entries for the same contact. EG email address is one entry, home phone another entry, mobile another entry etc etc.Is there a way I can easily get atthe file, say in excel format, so I can edit and merge the contacts using my pc and then import the corrected file onto my BB?
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I have some contacts with outdated phone numbers. When I open up the contact in question and then hit the edit tab I often don't see the number(s) that need to be changed or deleted. Across the top of the screen right under the "save" and "cancel" tabs I see a horizontal list of where this contact has an entry - - Google, Phone, Cloud, WhatsApp. Sometimes the phone numbers I'm looking for are in one of these but there seems to be no way to edit these as the entries are greyed out so they cannot be changed.
FWIW on the main Contacts setting I have it set up to only display Gmail linked entries.
How to get rid of incorrect phone numbers listed in any given contact entry?
the only complaint I have is related to my contact list. It seems to have immediately synced with my Facebook, which is cool and all, but I don't have the ability to merge my existing contact with a person's number to their facebook profile contact. Furthermore, when I attempt to manually add the number to the Facebook contact, I don't appear to have the ability to execute such a function. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this some sort of odd restriction placed on the phone?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am currently using HTC ONE, and i downloaded pictures from internet using opera mini.... Usually you can find and SEE the pictures you downloaded under "album" right? BUT I CAN'T FIND THEM ANYWHERE!!
I did select "show all pictures" under the setting selection of the album on the top right corner, and the "album" selection on the top left. When i just finished downloading the picture with opera, there's a choice of "view the picture with album" and at this moment I CAN SEE THE PICTURE
BUT! if i close opera and try to open it through album directly, I can't find them at all.
I've tried saving the pictures under various folders, none of them work. The part that really confuses me is that when I open the folders on my computer through HTC ONE Sync Manager, let's say I saved it under "screenshots". I can see the pic that I downloaded sitting there with the rest of the screenshots in the folder just fine yet when I use the "album" app that came with the phone originally, I can still see the screenshots that i made with the phone but the pics that i downloaded and saved are gone! Can't find them anywhere.

And I've used not just opera to download them...i've tried chrome, and the app that came with the phone originally. Same problem.
I was trying to save a pic and set it as my avatar last night and since i couldn't find it anywhere in the album in the end i had to take a screenshot of the photo, and then set my avatar through the screenshot pic (which is the one that could be viewed smoothly through album) .
