My family of four currently shares one Appleid which is becoming a problem as we dont want to share contacts etc across our iphones. How do I switch the common apple id (that each of our phones is now using) so that each phone now has its own unique id?

My AppleID in the settings>iCloud tab of my iphone4 is incorrect. A box pops up to tell me that it is incorrect, and I can either edit or ignore. When I select 'edit' the account information pops up: AppleID, password, and description.
the problem is this: it will allow me to change the password and the description, but the appleID is in grey text and therefore unavailable for editing. UGH.
my appleID in the store is correct. my appleID settings are verified as correct on the myappleid part of the apple site.
Why won't it allow me to change it? I'd really like to get the cloud up & working!

I just changed my Apple ID username and password on my mac pro which changed my iCloud account settings. But when I try and change the iCloud settings on my iPhone to match the mac pro it won't let me because I need to enter the old account's password which virtually doesn't exist anymore.Â

I think that apple should have a securitypassword when changing options on the icloud. Because if i were to steal and iphone all i have to do is go to the settings, go to icloud, and a simple swipe of the find my iphone and there is nothing they can do about it. I am posting this because i was worrying about my phone being stolen and i thought "oh well" i have the find my iphone turned on, and then it hit me, "how hard is it to turn that off" and answer is, no difficulty at all and i think apple should do something to fix that.

I want to change the iCloud Account Information under Settings on my iPhone4s. The "Apple ID" that shows up will not allow me change it. Somewhere I read that you can only change it once every 90 days. Is there any way around it. I used an old iTunes Apple ID, belonging to a family member. I have struggled over this for days. I recently lost the internet provider on my old internet account which was my old Apple ID. I successfully changed my Apple ID in ITunes to a new permanent email address. I cannot change the settings on the App store or ICloud. The suggested solutions for this problem have not worked for me because there is no option for changing the old Apple ID. When you tap on it, it does not change. I have tried signing in with the Old Apple ID (the old email account) and it doesn't work either. I have synced my phone (and lost my contacts in the process but that was an entirely different headache!) to no avail.
Some of the solutions stated that I should go to the store and tap on the Apple ID and it would allow me to change...no such luck. Also when I tried Iforgot, it would only let me change my password which is not really any help because the problem is the Apple Id.

Syncing contacts from iCloud to Android.
There are plenty of instructions out there, but they all vary to a certain degree, so I'd be grateful to hear from someone who has actually done it. Up to now I have been using an app called Smoothsync, but I've had many problems with it.
I think I'll have to go the Google way, but there are so many different instructions that I don't know which to follow, and the last thing I want to do is screw up my contacts database.

Prior to this I would sync my Blackberry with Outlook. Now that I have icloud installed, Outlook has another account, icloud.I understand I can only sync one Outlook account with my Blackberry, via the Blackberry desktop software. I've gone into the Organizer> Configure settings> Advanced, and try to map the folder associated with icloud. When I go to click on the expand box (plus sign), I get an error box that comes up:Runtime error Error Encountered. Error code 0x80043bea. Check documentationI have no way to now sync my blackberry with my other devices which are now sync'ed with Outlook via icloud.
