I have changed my apple id. It is accepted on itunes on my computor and also my ipad but the old apple id shows on my iphone even after sycn with itunes and so I cannot download apps/itunes etc

I tried calling apple but of course they aren't taking any calls because of the craziness going on. I just want to make sure it went through and it's gonna be shipped to me and not some other random person.

I just reset my Iphone 4 using "erase all content and settings" option and it goes blank. I connected it to my computer and it only shows the apple logo, this has been going on for several hours now. I tried to hold the power and home button at the same time, the logo just go on and off and when I release the buttons the apple goes back again. I have recently installed Apple Music on my Nexus and use it via bluetooth to my Skoda Octavia Amundsen unit. When I play a track no album/artist info is sent. If I play some google play music first and then go back into apple music the metadata now picks up and everything works fine. Obviously this is annoying since I want my car to start playing when I enter it and I don't want to mess around switching apps.
I am not sure why it doesn't work at first but then works after google play music has been used for a few seconds.
I had my mother-in-law reset her password as she has not been able to log into her iTunes for quite some time. After we reset apple id, we changed it in settings>store and it took it just fine. It accepted the new id/password in the setting and online; however, we then tried to update iPhone but it doesn't show the correct apple id/email address in the "updated apps" pop up screen, but shows up correctly in settings>store.

The story so far: I bought an accessory in Nov 2011 at an Apple Retail Store. (Philips dual-dock speaker) It started malfunctioning in Mar 2012. (Dock not charging anymore) I brought it to an Apple Store (closer to my place), they were happy to replace it on the spot, except that there was none in stock. So I was advised to go to an other Store (the original one), where they had stock. So far, so good for service. I went to the other store, but there I was told that they could not replace it because I had bought it more than 14 days before, so I had to contact the manufacturer directly! So my questions are:
- What is, if any, the actual policy on non-Apple product repair & replacement?
- Why don't all store follow the same policy?
- Should I just try my luck again with another person, until I strike gold and get it replaced?

I made a purchase for a black bumper and paid $31.60 but when I go to the Apple.com website to check the status of my refund its shows "There is no record of a refund for the receipt number you entered." I tried entering my receipt number plus last 4 of card and I also tried just entering the full CC number as well and get that response for both.
Just wanting to know if anyone has possibly experienced before, wanted to to see if any Macforum members have had this issue and what was the resolution to your issue? Should I just call Apple? Are they giving refunds in store if you take in your receipt?
