my phone ran out of battery and when i got home to charge it, all my texts were gone. I remember my phone freezing too and then turning on and off again.
Is there any way at all to get the texts back? Most of them contained sentimental value and i would love to have them back. Ive also tried back up but it didnt do anything

My iphone 3GS has no sounds now except the phone ringer. I have toggled the mute switch back and forth and it makes no difference. When I go into settings for sounds I see at the top that it is marked silent. However I cannot find any way to switch that off and reset it back to sounds. The only thing that seems to work now is vibrate and the phone ring.

My N8 suddenly hung up and suddenly deleted all of my homescreens. It would have been okay for me to set all three screens back to their original configuration but unfortunately, I can't edit the main homescreen. I can edit the two additional screens but NOT the main (1st) homescreen. It just says homescreen is full! Last thing I installed was the Xmas theme Rugge from the Nokia store.

View 4 Replies View RelatedIs text messaging. If I try to send an outgoing text at the same time that one is incoming it will not send the outgoing message. It will struggle for about 30 seconds to 1 minute (or even more) and eventually time out with a 'text was not sent' error message. For someone like me who sends thousands of texts a month it's the most annoying thing ever! Other phones do not have this problem.
Also the time stamp for texts does not work if the phone is powered off. For example: I turn my phone off at midnight and someone sends me a text at 1:00 AM. I turn my phone back on at 8AM. The text arrives but does not have the correct time stamp as being sent at 1:00 AM. It will be shown as 8AM. So I have no idea what time the message was actually sent. Once again other phones I have used did not have this problem.
when I make a call it immediately says "call ended/closed" and when I enter *110# I get this message: Connections problems or invalid MMI-code.When I restart my phone, maybe repeting that process like 10 times then I can send/recieve calls/texts, but only for a brief moment.Before it wasn't as bad... This problem has been gradually worsening. Happens often when using Maps, but at times with most any app. At first it was only occurring when battery was below 15%. Now it will occur even at 70%. Putting it on a charger fixes this immediately, no matter what battery life is indicating. Reset doesn't help.

ON morning 6:00 am,i picked up my phone that it is off.So i plug in charge cord for charging.
AFter a moment the the phone is also no response.I press on/off key or home key also no action.
I was having some weird problems with my iphone 4 today, main my text messaging was weird, everytime i tried to hit the send button to send a text it would send me back to the home screen. Now this didn't happen all day, it just started happening out of no where. So i did a reset on the phone (where i held the lock and home key at the same time). And when I went to turn the phone back on it comes to a screen showing i need to connect to itunes, so I did and it says its in recovery mode and that I need to recover before doing anything in itunes. So i do that and it starts doing the update and recovery, and it starts downloading os 4.0.2, but the thing is it is always timing out!!

When I got my IPHONE 4 the Visual Voicemail worked fine but all of a sudden it's gone. I had noticed this last week but thought it was just because of poor coverage, not related to the antenna issue.
