Jul 15, 2010I have a problem with the Contacts on my Phone, I had backed up all my Contacts on a Memory Card, and restored it on my 5800. However when now am trying to backup my 5800 through Nokia PC Suite or OVI Suite, Out of 726 Contacts, only 250 get backed up, the others don't.. How do I resolve this issue...?

Jun 29, 2014My client accidentally deleted all of his iPhone 4S' Notes backups because he didn't want his iPhone 4S to be backing up to his Exchange account. He does not like the clouds. However, we thought it only deleted from ONLY Exchange account on iPhone 4S and not the whole device. Oops.Â
How can we restore his MacBook Pro's and its Time Machine's local backups ONLY for Notes and not everything else like Calendar. We just want Notes to be restored to his iPhone only. All software OSes are the latest versions (Mac OS X 10.8.5, iOS 7.1, iTunes v11.2.2, etc.).Â
Also, how do we view Notes in a MacBook Pro's Mac OS X?Â

Mar 16, 2012I lost my phone and needed to get a replacement. When I did, I started the activation process, but never got prompted to restore from iCloud, just from my last backup in iTunes. I've run the restoration, and the backup was pretty out of date. Is there a way to restore the backup I'd set up in iCloud at this point?

Apr 18, 2012I have just got my Iphone back from the Vodafone insurance and I can not find where the contacts are backed up on my PC? I am running windows 7 and backed them up in March before I had to send the phone away to be fixed. It has taken a month to get it back, it has been a total nightmare and now I dont have any of my numbers. When I plugged the new iphone into my PC it auto synced and didnt upload all of the contacts so where are the rest of them?

May 21, 2012I backed up my phone thro Itunes as it wanted me to upgrade to os 5.1.1 followed instructions and it backed up with it's own password (god knows from where) so now it asks me for a password that I dont know. Apr 18, 2010I downloaded Blackberry Desktop Manager like the BB site said to do and backed up my address book and everything else on my phone. I was going to update my BB Curve 8330 software. I read the directions and followed them and after I backed up and it said the back up was successful I tried to update the software and it said that failed so I restored everything back onto my phone and guess what? Address book is gone! So far that's the only thing I can find that didn't restore but I'm still looking. Is there anything that I can do that I am not techno-savvy enough to have realized or are they just gone? If they're just gone then fine whatever I'm not going to freak out.
