I had to get a new i phone and I backed up all contacts and photos to i cloud and now I can't get them back onto my new iphone.

How can I change the name of the taken photos from camera, cuz every time I upload my photos to a cloud storage and empty my phone, the name of the photos retune automatically to DCS_0022. So when I upload the photos again to the cloud I have to rename them because there are other photos with the same name.

What's going on? It's never had this issue before. I'm trying to backup my I-phone contacts and calendar to the "Cloud"I use Outlook on a PC and my phone has all the relevant data; however, when I log into www.icloud.com and my account,there are no addresses or calendar listings? I posted yesterday about being stuck on the apple logo. It somehow worked itself out and I was able to back everything up. Today I noticed that the WI-FI was greyed out and when I went to reset it, it went back to the apple logo and is again locked there.

I have just got my Iphone back from the Vodafone insurance and I can not find where the contacts are backed up on my PC? I am running windows 7 and backed them up in March before I had to send the phone away to be fixed. I backed up my phone thro Itunes as it wanted me to upgrade to os 5.1.1 followed instructions and it backed up with it's own password (god knows from where) so now it asks me for a password that I dont know. Is there anyway for me to upload my captured photos quickly to a cloud service? I want to take some photos then delete it quickly but in that process I want it uploaded automatically so I can view it later. I know about onedrive but with that if you delete your photos that you uploaded it still shows in my gallery under one drive.
Ive tried cloudsix, mydrive etc but all of them needs the phone to be connected to a charger before it can upload

I am doing a factory reset on DH's phone since Lolliflop wormed it's way into his life and he's not a happy camper. Using Verizon Cloud, his messages and call history have successfully been backed up but he gets a notification that cloud contacts backup has failed. And in the Cloud app it's self, there is always a "update pending" next to his 121 contacts. If I force it to back up, it backs up messages and call history but won't back up contacts. What to do about this?
