What does mean error 1009 when download from appstore?This is not fair only for my location or anything I have a product and expect to support my device This is not question I got my answer on other posts but didn't satisfactory.

I am using an iPhone 4 with iOS 5.1 (I believe), I never had any problems with app store before, but recently I cannot update or download any apps. When I put in my password, it says "Unknown error". I tried turning it off, but still didn't work.

Is anyone else having this problem? When I try to watch a movie with Netflix I recieve :"Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. If the problem persists please visit the Netflix Website (1009)"I contacted Netflix and they had no idea on how to fix it. I was unable to locate a fix with Motorola either.

App was on my iPhone, but it wasn't downloaded, just App (witt download stuatus on) and under it was text "Waiting...". I tried several apps and two accounts and on Wi-Fi and on cellular network but always the same, only once i got message "You've already purchased this but it hasn't been downloaded. If you're having trouble downloading it, select Check fo Available Downloads from iTunes on your computer, then sync with your device.". When i tried to download the same app on my PC it downloaded normally (but i want to be able to download and install apps directly on my iPhone).

I was not able to upgrade or download apps from AppStore using wi-fi or 3G.

When I got my 5800 I was incredibly unimpressed with pretty much every aspect of it. Utter rubbish.I went online and checked out Nokia's Ovi store and there were about 3 apps there, none of which any good.
Thought I'd use Ovi again today. I couldn't remember what password I used so I went through the password retrival service on my phone. To do this you need to type in some letters displayed onscreen. Only the image doesn't work. On Nokia's phone, running Nokia's app, Nokia's password retrieval is impossible. This typifies everything about Nokia - unwieldy and clunky solutions that fail at every step. Nothing is straightforward or simple to use.
Finally logged on (after going on my PC). Logged on via my phone, went to download an App and "Cannot download due to an error".
Since I updated to iOS4 my Appstore icon on my iPhone has vanished. Furthermore, mysteriously, I'm not allowed to install programs on my iPhone through my mbp (itunes) When I try to update the apps to my iphone that i downloaded on the computer it says unknown error. Today I downloaded the most recent iOS update and (4.1 i guess) and it still doesn't work. Has anyone else experienced this problem and what could i do about it?
Most of them added iPad support/features.

I'm having trouble accessing both the appstore and iTunes on my iPhone 4. Even with wifi on, whenever I select an app I wish to download on the top charts, all it results in is a loading screen which does not load. View 2 Replies View RelatedI currently have 17 apps that need upgrading on my iPhone 5s. The little red number on the app store is showing me this. When i try to update the,, whether all of them at once or just individually, I get the window to type my apple Id password. After typing in my password, the rectangular update button on the right side just next to the app symbol changes into the usual circle, BUT then it stops and changes into the upgrade symbol again.
It seems impossible to upgrade my apps. I have the latest version of iOS, I tried to sign out, restart the phone, switch off restrictions.
