Whenever I'm on a phone call if I get an incoming call my phone will not stop ringing until I stop my phone conversation and actually manually decline the call. Is there a way to make secondary incoming calls always silent so you just get the regular beep in your ear when you get a second call and not a loud ring?

Ok so I have a 3GS and used to have decent battery performance, losing maybe 3% over night. Well I jailbroke and like a lot of people had way worse battery, losing up to 10% over night. I did a complete restore and re jailbroke and it seemed a little better.
Well I was charging the phone tonight by USB to my computer. I checked it and saw it was at 99%. I went to watch a show and came back and now was it was at 96% still plugged in and charging. I then rebooted the phone and it was at 98%. Anyone know what the reason for this could be and a solution?
How do I silence alerts and alarms while talking on the phone? It's rather bothersome (and sometimes uncomfortable) for an alert or alarm to go off right in the ear while talking on the phone.

I have used Mute-O-Matic since I got my Verizon One. . It worked fine until the 4.4.2 upgrade. . Now it doesn't silence texts or various alarms (like NWS warnings). When making or receiving a call, the caller or the person I am calling cannot hear me. If I turn on speaker, they can hear me. This is a new iPhone 4, I traded in my 1 year old iPhone 4, because it also was having this issue, & the apple store staff could not fix it.
I have tried turning on/off, plugging in ear buds and unplugging them, cause I heard that could help, & syncing the phone. Nothing has worked yet that I have tried.
