I backed up my iphone this evening just before it crashed. I just purchased a new iphone 4 and I cannot locate where to go in itune to download all my contact, photos, app, music into my new phone.

I took my phone into apple today as it was broken, I was still under warrenty so knew i would be given a new handset so ensured i backed all my pictures and contacts on itunes. I have got home and spent all night trying to put everything back onto my new phone, but my pictures and contacts don't seem to be there. Instead it added all the pictures off my laptop and not from my previous handset
I'm not bothered about my contacts but there are some pictures that i would be really upset to lose of my nephew.

My personal phone was stolen, however I managed to backup my phone via Blackberry Protect. I now have a Curve from work, and therefore the device does not support Blackberry Protect, so I cannot download the app to restore all my contacts etc.

I backed up my phone thro Itunes as it wanted me to upgrade to os 5.1.1 followed instructions and it backed up with it's own password (god knows from where) so now it asks me for a password that I dont know. Ever since I have updated to iOS5, I have been having problem with updating my song info (artist, album. song title however seems to work). I manage my songs manually and they are shown to be updated in itunes. However this is not the case when I browse my songs in the music app in my iphone.
I have tried various ways such as switching off 'group by album artist' in setting, updating ID3 tags, but these did not work. The only way to get the songs showing up normally is if I add my songs to the itunes library, change the info there and drag them back to my iphone in the Device section. Is there any way I can update my song infos in the device section and have them correctly showing in my iphone like the old days?
