Aug 5, 2010iPhone 4 on 4.0.1 jailbroken. I have Auto-Lock set to 1 minute and tried to change to Never since I was going to use cyberduck and didn't want to keep waking up the phone. Well the phone went to sleep after one minute and when I went into settings again to check it wouldn't load the page. Had to respring the phone and setting was back to normal except Auto-Lock was set back to 1 minute. I tried againg with same consequences.
BTW, i just updated to MobileSubstrate 0.9.3228-1 check to see if they can change their Auto-lock time on their iPhone 4.

Personally I'd prefer the keyboard to light up anyway, whenever I open it since it's much easier to read when it's lit up. Since all the iphone apps only work when the phone is on i am wondering if there is a way to remotely turn on the iphone if needed? I "read" online from someone that claimed to be an apple employe, that there is the possibility of sending an "important message" to the phone that would power the phone on, and that the phone always stores enough battery life so that it is able to receive those important messages (with the exception that after several warning of low batter this might not work anymore). I have not found any other mentionings of this so i wanted to get informed here. So:
