so this "nike + ipod" app appears after i JB and install winterboard. i've never downloaded it, and when i click on it, it just crashes. so i re-spring the phone and it dissapears..........but shows up on my sbsettings/hide icons, as "on" (don't hide). anybody wanna tell me how to remove this?

I have just purchased a new Nike + iPod sensor and the 'Sensor' option on my iPhone 4S has remained greyed out (or disabled) throughout. Actually activating Nike + iPod from Settings proved problematic at first. Attempting to launch the app from the home screen does not work, in fact it simply crashes within a few seconds of launching.

my iphone will not link to a new nike plus sensor, under settings "nike+" there used to be an option to link a new sensor, there is no longer that option it just says walk around to activate your sensor. I know that the sensor battery is fine as it is a brand new sensor. There are no other sensors anywhere in the house. I have tried going as far as resetting all the factory settings on my iphone and reloading everything. I have also tried turning off the nike+ from iphone and turning it back on again, as well as pressing and holding the button on the back of the sensor.

I have the Nike+ GPS app, and it has worked fine for almost a year, but a few weeks ago it wouldn't let me log in to sync my runs anymore, and today it stopped working entirely, quitting on startup every time... what I can do to fix an app that quits on startup all the time?
I've tried deleting it, and installing it again, but that just made me loose my saved runs, so I restored my phone from a backup, and now the app is there and should contain my data, but it quits on startup!

I just bought a brand new pair of Nikes with the Nike+ sensor built in. I tried to activate the sensor by walking around as it said to do but it just stays on the activation screen and doesn't seem to recognize the sensor at all. I can't see anywhere a battery would go so I don't even know if it came dead on arrival. I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1.1. They're great shoes and I can live without Nike+ as I have all these years but it would be nice to have. I'm disappointed that the shoes themselves came with no sort of instructions.

I was using my iPhone, and it was at 14%, which is okay, because it usually doesn't turn off until about 2%. So I go to plug it in, and I always charge it in my computer because I don't have a wall adapter for my USB. As soon as I do so, the screen goes completely black. I tried pressing buttons, calling it, plugging it into something else, and nothing has worked. When I called it, it kept ringing, so that's how I know it isn't dead.

I have a question about something that's been annoying me quite some time now:When my phone is in sleep mode and I get a call the slider appears but is very hard to use. My phone functions normally, but there is a strange issue regarding the act of selecting apps, typing, swiping, etc. The touch response is acting very strangely because whenever I touch an app or anything, a border forms around the icon that I touch, and the only way to open the app or funtion is to do a double-tap. To select another app or function, I must first select the app to get the border placed around it, and then I must double-tap it again. This makes the whole process very cumbersome and irritating.

So I had to reset my iPhone because it completely froze while I was browsing the web. When I restarted it, my service bars would show up, but not my carrier name. But now, after resetting my network settings, turning off/on the phone, and taking out and placing in the sim card (even replacing it), it shows my carrier, but my signal bar is COMPLETELY flat. I'm running on T-Mobile, so I'm not sure if it has to do with the phone or my carrier.

One (as there are many) of the big frustrations with using an Apple iPhone and bluetooth is that you have to click through four screens to actually find teh Bluetooth button, and the second screen (after clicking in Settings) throws up 'General' just off screen. This is VERY ANNOYING when you are pressed for time and want to get you car Bluetooth connecting to iPhone (as I do not and will not leave Bluetooth permanently switched on for obvious reasons - personal health and battery drain). SO..... one solution, as enjoyed by most of the other manufacturers mobile handsets on planet Earth is to have the bluetooth function accessible/switchable on the iPhone home screen at all times. YES - that would work nicely like it does for millions of others with Android phones etc
So my question is - can I change something on my iPhone 4S to make bluetooth switch accessible on the homescreen rather than buried 4 layers down like it is is so very annoyingly now? I am guessing the answer is 'no' but I will wait to hear if my current sense of futility about this can be overturned by hearing it is possible.
