IPhone :: Volume Bar Disappears And After A Few Moments It Appears Again?
Apr 3, 2012
last month i bought an iphone 4s black 16gb . after a week i had a volume problem. when i play music or some apps the volume bar disappears and after a few moments it appears again. i will demand to replace my iphone at the store where i bought it.
My phone turned off. When I try to turn it on, the logo appears for about 5 seconds and then dims and disappears, then appears for another 5 seconds and disappears again. Keeps on doing that. I have already tried pressing the home button and the sleep button at the same time. The same thing happens
Yesterday my telephone works normally. I Left it and when I returned. I found completely closed. Does not work and put it on the charger led illuminates a red color appears and disappears, and when connected to the computer screen appears black with a mobile battery and above it a sign of thunder and does not work at all.
I recently switched from the HTC one M8 to the Samsung S6 edge and have not looked back since. Samsung really does make terrific phones. One thing I was curious about, that I noticed recently, was that when I plug headphones into the phone, the little headphone icon appears in the top left corner and says that headphones are now connected and then the icon and message disappear. Coming from the HTC one M8 I am used to the headphone icon remaining there the whole time my headphones are plugged in and was wondering if this is normal for it to prompt me that the headphones are connected and then disappear?
Also, on a, possibly related, side note, having weird issues with the spotify app just crashing or pausing for no reason? I was thinking that it was either due to notifications I was getting, a bad headphone jack, or maybe the app is just bugging out.
My z2 doesn't charge anymore because after connecting every kind of charger (usb cable or docking station) the led light starts blinking and the notification of "charging battery" appears and disappears. What should I do?
My phone is still in warranty but in the official site it is registered as "missing warranty".
I just received my x2 yesterday. When gmail arrives on the phone, as soon as it appears on my computer it disappears from the phone. Is there a setting i need to change?
Occasionally (and apparently randomly) the dropdown arrow next to the volume slider disappears and is not pressable. Changing orientation and opening the volume panel (pressing a volume button) whilst in a different orientation fixes the issue.
we have tried everything. the screen goes out moments after being turned on. there is plenty of battery, it connects to itunes without problem, we have reset, we have restored to faculty settings, we have restored content, firmware has been upgraded.
my one year old iphone 5 shuts on and off at random moments(probably a tech fault) can i get a new one/ get this one fixed?
it just suddently happend, i plugged it into the computer (right after a norton security check) and suddently my phone just dies. and now it won't stop turning on and off constantly every 3minutes, i know it sound wierd but it is true. I have changed batteryes before(sort off the same problem) at a different time off the year. it was during winter last time i got these issues.
A week and a half ago, I got an iPhone5c, and for two days now, I've been noticing that sometimes when I open an app, the top left corner will go white for a few moments. Or, on the right side when I open an app, the screen will have a white line.
I just recently backed mx iP5, so I can restore my new iP6 from it, all went well messages, notes, apps etc, also all albums with photos I had are there, but, there are missing photos from like 2 months ago in camera roll, but they are in moments/collections, every one of them. I just dont get why most of the photos restored to its place but those last ones from 2 months ago.. Is there any way how to move them from collections to camera roll?
My new iPhone frequently presents a black apple screen for a few moments after I switch apps via the double-tap of the home button. This has never happened with my iPhone 5.
I am on the second c5-03, the first was replaced due to a speaker problem (not working)Now, on random moments there is no sound in microphone.i receive a call and i cant hear anything but the caller can hear me very good. I have to turn off the phone, remove the battery and reboot and its working again for a few days. then, its happening again because i cant anticipate when its ok and when it is stopped working again and again.i cant go to nokia service: they will say its working fine on sthe spot, i come home and no sound.
How can I trim the first few moments off a workout since I generally start the workout from a stopped pace and then start moving it seems that it really screws up the graphs (large spike from not moving to moving) not really sure how to combat this but basically both runs I've done now the pacing graph is completely useless unless I zoom way in on specific points and even then it's not that useful.
We just got our new iPhone4. The Facetime was there when the phone was activated. Once we restored the Backup from the old iPhone 3G, the Facetime is gone. Can't even see it in Setting. Please help! Any advice will be appreciated...
I've been struggeling to get wifi sync to work correctly with my iphone 4. I have the newest version of itunes on a Windows 7 PC. When I first open itunes it sees my iphone over wifi and syncs successfully. A couple minutes after syncing completes, itunes loses my iphone. My iphone still shows up under devices, but if I click on any of the tabs in the device it then brings up the dialog box searching for the phone, then it tells me it cannot find it and it disappears from devices. If I close itunes and reopen it the iphone shows up again and syncs
So far in my quest to make this work I have opened ports 5354 and 27015 for inbound TCP. I have also set the Bonjour and Apple Mobile Device services to Automatic Delayed Start as mentioned in other threads.
My iPhone 5S is about five months old and the network constantly disappears into "Searching...". I've done everything from restarting my device, to a hard reset, to a network settings reset, and even replaced my SIM card but I'm still plagued with the problem. It's not got to do with the network, because that seems to be working fine for everyone else in the country.
if the predictive text disappearing was fixed in iOS 8.01 then it is still not working for me on ios 8.1.1. are they going to address this with another update? I never know when it is going to start working again. I'm tired of switching it off and then on again!
This happens with literally every single e-mail I get! I have to refresh Mail twice to make messages stay in my inbox, else new messages disappear and do the same thing the next time the iPhone checks for e-mails (which is very annoying because if I leave it it'll vibrate over and over again because of just one e-mail).Restoring doesn't do it, and my iPod touch actually does the same thing too.
I'm not sure when this started but I've been putting up with it for a while. Most of the time when my iPhone 4s (iOS 5.1) syncs with iTunes (always running the latest version on Win 7) either via USB or WiFi, the songs I didn't purchase from the iTunes store (i.e. ripped) disappear from my iPhone. I have to then uncheck the box to sync music in iTunes and then recheck it so it copies all 2500+ songs back to the iPhone. I probably have to do this 2 times a week and would turn off syncing if I didn't have a need, but I do need it. This happens far more often on USB than WiFi but it's driving me crazy. While working with Apple support to troubleshoot another issue, I completely removed and reinstalled all Apple software and reset content and settings on my iPhone in the past 3-4 months.
I use personal hotspot with Verizon iphone 4 in remote community in Alaska to connect my macbook pro (2009 running Lion) and ipad 3. Cell tower generates an 'extended network' not 3G. I have problems with hotspot disappearing from iphone settings and then reappearing - but mostly not useable. iPhone shows adequate bars to indicate network availability. Others in community using verizon's mi-fi device with no problems.
Volume on for earbuds low thought earbuds needed replacement but I received text as I was listening music and volume went up to normal was fine till I unplugged earbuds then volume went low.had son text me anything and volume went up again.he told me to google problem and that's how I got here.
My iPhone 4 was stolen out of my hand earlier today. My iPhone was turned on and in use at the time it was grabbed. The 'Find my iPhone' app was installed on device and GPS was turned on (was looking at a map at the time).
The police asked for my apple id and we logged into 'find my iphone' application shortly after the incident. My 3 devices were listed and iPhone was displaying with 'No location' status. Approximately 2 hours after the incident my iPhone device (1 of 3 total devices) simply disappeared as a device from the interface. If the device was only turned off by thief my understanding is that it would simply show 'No location'. Does anyone know what could have happened or how the thief has removed my device from my 'Find my iPhone' application?
One thing I have noticed with my new iPhone 4 (and I am guessing it is an iOS 4.0 thing) is that my ring volume affects the alarm volume. On my 3Gs, it did not matter what my ring volume was set at, when I set the alarm to go off, it played at full volume which I like. I am always changing the volume on my ringer depending on where I am so now I find that sometimes it is on low when an alarm goes off and now I don't hear it.
As the title states my iPhone 3Gs will only output volume at full vome (way too loud on even the tiniest sliver) or none at all (when it is at 0). I've tried using other headphones, restricted the db limit, and nothing seems to work.
