Dec 2, 2014So display on phone does not show anymore; however, when I plug it into the USB the phone is recognized by iTunes and triggers the permission pop up to access. The only problem is I can't click "Trust" on the iPhone because I don't have a screen that shows it. I can even reset the phone by holding the power and home button. So basically it's give permission with no screen. I have a replacement phone on the way but unfortunately the back up for this phone was deleted during a PC refresh so no backup and that's why I need access to it.Â

Jun 23, 2010When I bought my original iPhone from an AT&T store, a little while before release time, an employee came out and talked to the 20 or so of us waiting outside. She said "it looks like we have enough phones in stock for everyone in line now" or something like that. I'm wondering, for those who have waited in Apple Store lines, do they do the same thing? I'm sure there will be many more than 20 people in line, but I would hate to be #93, only to find out hours later that they only had 90 phones in stock for walk-ins.

Aug 29, 2014My fiance's iPhone 5 has an album that is taking up a lot of space on the phone and the phone will not give me the option to delete any of the pictures on it. I can select each photo in the album, but the trash can icon does not show. The only 2 options I get is to Send or to Add To. All the photos on our PC with Windows 7 installed, so we are okay with deleting them from the phone.

Sep 10, 2014I have an iPhone 5s with OS version 7.1.2 (11D257). Recently I noticed that I was missing calls and text messages because the phone didn't ring or give the text alert. There is no vibration either. The phone is not in "do not disturb" mode and the manual sound switch on the side of the phone is turned on. It doesn't happen on every call or text, but the past few days it is more than 75% of them. I find myself checking the phone more often now that I'm aware of the problem. That was prompted by the fact that it has already caused a few problems with customers and employees who have returned my call to them within seconds only to have my phone go to voicemail and me not see their message for up to a half hour or so. I'm going to do an update right now just to be sure that I have the latest and greatest Apple patches.
