Bluetooth connection with iPhone 4s and 2006 BMW disconnects. When attempting to resynch, the iPhone times out before I can enter my password.

I just updated my BB 9700 for the first time (511 updates to be exact). The upgrade is currently at 11 out of 12 upgrades and it is taking about 45 minutes to initialize before it gives me the message: "The desktop loader is unable to connect to the device, you may need to enter a password on the device."
The BB is not asking for password and I do not have any password protection on it. I have unplugged the USB from computer and the phone, reconnected and clicked retry and it continues to give me the same message 45 minutes later. I am freaking out a bit because it cleared all my contacts off and I believe the process it is trying to do is to restore that information.
I have backed up my iphone before updating the software. The backup is in my itunes but it asks for a password, i didnt put a password in and now cant access my data for my phone.

I have an iPhone 5s with OS version 7.1.2 (11D257). Recently I noticed that I was missing calls and text messages because the phone didn't ring or give the text alert. There is no vibration either. The phone is not in "do not disturb" mode and the manual sound switch on the side of the phone is turned on. It doesn't happen on every call or text, but the past few days it is more than 75% of them. I find myself checking the phone more often now that I'm aware of the problem. That was prompted by the fact that it has already caused a few problems with customers and employees who have returned my call to them within seconds only to have my phone go to voicemail and me not see their message for up to a half hour or so. I'm going to do an update right now just to be sure that I have the latest and greatest Apple patches.

EVERY morning, I have to go into my bluetooth settings and click the _only_ paired device to connect. When I do, it connects with no issues.
All I want the S5 to do is connect when it gets in range (in range since bluetooth is always on).
I doesn't do this by itself. Why? I do not have any issues pairing. It just doesn't auto connect.
I have a Google Apps account where a password is required on the device. I'd like to see this work more like the Droid X where you set a timeout, say 30 minutes, and if you use the device within 30 minutes, you don't need to enter the password again.

I can cancel the prompt and the phone will work fine, but it continues to happen. I also upgraded my new iPad at the same time and it didn't happen on that device.

I keep getting a pop up box on my iPhone asking me to enter my password - and the apple id does not match mine. I click 'Cancel' but it keeps reappearing and interfering with other apps. What did I do to get this and what do I do to get rid of it? Is it someone or something phishing for my password? The only app I recently downloaded was PF Chang's and I got that directly from the App Store.

I am running IOS 4.0.1 on an iPhone 4 and have only noticed today that EVERY time I wake the phone, I have to enter my passcode.I have the AutoLock setting set to 5 minutes and previously I thought that if for example I use the sleep button on the top of my phone, but then immediately wake the phone and 'slide to unlock' - if that 5 minute window hasn't passed, I don't have to put the passcode back in, and it goes straight to the springboard. However, now it seems regardless of the AutoLock 'x minutes' duration, whether it goes to sleep by itself or if I manually sleep the phone then wake it straight away, I always have to enter the code.
I do have it connected to an Exchange 2007 account (of which I'm admin of so if it's something to do with the settings in there then that's something I could change). It's weird though as my girlfriend has an identical phone/os etc, and is also connected to our exchange server but she doesnt have this passcode issue. If she unlocks her phone, then sleeps it and immediately wakes it, when she uses the slider on the lock screen she isn't prompted for the passcode.

The first one i did went well with no problems , used 3rd party software for linking in with exchange.
the second one now thats a different story. the first one is new the second is second hand and the password and firewall is locked (small red padlock). i have tried to back step the rim and i am now reinstalling the rim from o2 but the divice is still locked. please please could some one in here point me in the correct location of a fix. password and firewall dont give you the option to disable. well lost now.

But our iphones won't automatically re-connect to the network after the connection is lost, and we have to re-enter the password when we re-connect.
