When I finish importing a cd it shows up in my library under a few different albums instead of all the songs on one album. How can I fix this from happening?

I have about 6 or 7 songs that I want to permanently delete from my iTunes library and iPhone. They keep showing up even after I've unchecked/deleted them. I've used the manual option and selected the artists, genres, etc. that I still want, but the deleted songs keep appearing. I bought these songs off of the iTunes store I didn't use my iPhone. I don't have the iTunes Match option turned on my phone, nor do I use iCloud. I don't know what else to do besides manually selecting all of my songs and putting them into a folder, deleting the blasphemous songs that I don't want anymore, deleting my iTunes library and resetting my iPhone and copying the songs from the folder back into my iTunes library.

I've imported songs from a CD into my itunes. When I try to sync to my iphone, they never show up on my phone iin music. They songs are checked in my itunes and plainly show on my music list there, I can play the songs from itunes on my computer. How do I get the songs to show up on my iphone?

I bought two whole albums off of iTunes the other day from my Mac. They downloaded, and synced to my iPhone. These albums can play on my iPhone normally but there are also duplicates with the symbol as described above, except with no art work and they will not play.I am a user of iCloud, but not iTunes Match. All the songs are properly downloaded on my Mac, and there are no available downloads. I've tried hard reset as well and powercycling my phone. I've closed down the music and tried restarting. Everything is all up to date, and I've tried taking these two albums off then back on my iPhone, but that didn't do anything. These songs are already downloaded and I just checked for downloads and there's nothing to be downloaded

I attempted to sync my music to my iPhone 4S (iOS version 7.1.1) a while back and iTunes on my computer froze mid-sync, forcing me to quit. When I unplugged my phone and checked my music, several albums had two copies of the same song or entire albums were split apart. One in particular was split into 4 different albums, with only one containing the entirety of the song list.

I know the songs are there because I can see the memory they are using, but they are not available. I had a hard time getting icloud songs off from there, but somehow after much trial and error I was able to get those songs off. However, I still have at least 10 random songs on my iphone that I have not intentionally put on there. There is no icloud icon next to those songs. The songs are not on my computer list of songs that are "on this iphone", but they are in my itunes library. I want those songs off! I've tried syncing and unsycing. I just recently found problems with downloads certain songs. Specifically the artists Chromium, Deas Vail, Celldweller and Hawthorne Heights. What happens is I download them as usual the whole file downloads with no errors BUT the songs are firstly filed incorrectly on the P.C (not in folders of artist and album). Secondly they don't have any metadata/ info embedded in the file (artist album publisher etc) and Finally but most importantly they don't play, not on my winamp or nokia media player. If I use nokia media player an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle appears next to the Song. This has only happened with those artists so far. I'm using a Nokia N8 unlimited Music subscription.

View 4 Replies View RelatedThe laptop I had my iTunes on recently quit on me. I created a new user account on a desktop and proceeded to log into my iTune account. When I plugged in my phone it told me to "removed and erase" to sync the computer with my phone. I figured it would add all the music to the library on the computer. I agreed and all the music from my phone went in the library, however it was all removed from my phone. I tried to sync it up, and when I try it tells me there's nothing in my library to snyc except a recently added CD. Now I have no music on my phone, and only 2 GB of the 19 GB I had on my previous library.

I have never used iCloud to store my music.I have noticed a lot of people complaining about purchased songs showing up twice (which is opposite to my case). i tried deleting all of the songs, and re-syncing - this also did not work. I use the "Entire Music Library" option under "Sync Music", and then have all of the songs/artists/etc checked off under "Music" that I want to sync.Â
