How do I transfer music from Itunes to my Iphone, without syncing the Itunes to the iphone? I recently bought a new CPU, so only the purchased music shows up on the Itunes.
So I bought a used Iphone and it has kick *** music. So I want to transfer music from that Iphone and add it to my already existing Itunes without losing any of those songs.
I have moved my iTunes library to a new Windows 7 PC and cannot transfer music from the new iTunes PC to my iPhone 4S. The iPhone will only accept music transfers from the original iTunes PC. I have come to understand that an iPhone can have only one "daddy" iTunes PC, but have not been able to find out how to change the "daddy". I have done a backup of the iPhone, and a "Restore to Original Settings". Then I restored the content using the new iTunes PC. My Apps and contacts, etc. are back on the iPhone, but it still won't accept music from the new iTunes PC.
After having to re-boot my PC, I unfortunately lost some of the music on my iTunes account. The songs are still able to be played on my iPhone but in the iTunes account, to the left of the tick box there is an exclamation mark, and when I click on the song to play it, a box comes up telling me that "the song can not be used because the original file could not be found." Is there any way of me being able to get the songs from my iPhone back onto my iTunes account?
I am trying to transfer music from my Iphone to Itunes. I tunes has lost some tracks but the tracks still exist on my phone and I would like to pout them back into itunes (these were not purchased via the iphone but originally put onto itunes from CD.

I recently made the switch from PC to mac. I'm loving it so far except I have one problem; I can't get my music from my iPhone onto iTunes. Not all of my music was purchased from the iTunes store so I can't just retrieve it using my apple id. The computer that had all the music saved crashed so I couldn't transfer the music with an external drive. I was told I would have to use a third party software in order to transfer my music from my iPhone to the iTunes. I have downloaded a bunch and they are all trial versions that have a limit to the number of songs I am able to transfer.
Info: MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)
I am trying to download more music onto my iphone from my other computer and it is saying it cant because it is synced with another computer and to put this music on my phone i have to erase all my other music. i really don't want to do this. i have it as manually put music on my phone which used to work with my ipod touch. i have the iphone 4s.
I have itunes on my laptop which i have downloaded songs on, i also have downloaded songs on my iphone( i have not got a 4s or downloaded the new software) how can i synch my tunes from th ephone onto the laptop?
A while ago, my computer crashed and wiped out everything. I had to install Itunes. I've had my iPhone 4 for a year, and have many pictures and music on it. I still haven't updated my phone to version 5.1, and i would like to.. but my computer is saying that i should transfer all my apps, music, etc, so i don't lose it, but i do not know how to do that.
I have a new laptop, i have activated it in itunes, when I plug in my iphone, i cannot see any of the music that is stored on my phone in my itunes library. I lost all my music from old laptop when it crashed, so all i have is whats on my phone. Does any one know why i cannot transfer my music from my phone to my itunes library. The only thing i seem to be able to see are my recent purchases all my old ones seem to have disappeared.
I just bought a new laptop and I want to transfer my apps and music to my new laptop from my iPhone 3Gs. I have an Itunes account but I am scared that I will lose all my data if I sync my iPhone to this new laptop. What do I have to do to get this to work for me? I am needing help with this.
I have an iPhone 4s that I want to transfer music from to iTunes in Yosemite on a MacBook Air. I deleted my account on the laptop and my music with it. Is there a free way to do this? Most of the music on the iPhone was not purchased in iTunes.
Probably a dumb question, but I've never fully understood the purpose of a SIM card with the iPhone when iTunes supposedly syncs all contacts and phonebook entries anyway. But I believe I have my contacts stored on my sim card and I always do regular backups with 'contacts' checked in iTunes, so am I safe when the new phone comes out with the microsim? Will iTunes automatically sync all my contacts back onto the phone from my 3.1.3 firmware? And how do you get your contacts back onto the new SIM? AFAIK you can't manually put contacts onto the SIM through iPhone unless it's jailbroken.
I am having a connectivity issue with my iPhone 3GS. I have a Windows 7 PC (64bit). Just a few days ago my iPhone stopped connecting to my PC. I followed all the steps on the support page to reinstall itunes. It states that all instances of itunes, quicktime, etc... have to be uninstalled in order or may not solve the issue. It did not say anything about iCloud or Mobile Me... which are both on my computer. My question is... do I have to uninstall iCloud and Mobile Me as well? And, If I do will I have any issues with reinstalling iCloud and it syncing back up with my iPad and iPhone.
Although my iPhone 3GS works fine with the bluetooth handsfree in my 2012 Toyota Kluger it doesn't seem to stream music or transfer contacts, whereas other smartphones will. Am I doing something wrong or is this an iPhone fail?
