Jun 18, 2012I've just upgraded iTunes and am trying to update to iOS5.1.1 and keep getting the message saying the update will delete all the apps etc, to preserve content apply the update on the computer where you sync apps, music etc. The thing is this is the computer where I sync everything, when I plug the phone in it autosyncs just fine.

Oct 26, 2014My 4 month old Xperia Z2 has always worked fine until today. It was connected to my Mac computer, and I was asked to update Sony bridge for MAC. After about 10 mins it said Update Failed on the computer. I disconnected the phone, but now the phone wont turn on - all I get is an error message saying "Software update failed, make sure that your phone is connected to the computer and try again"
However when I connect it, the device isnt recognised.
I cant switch the phone off or on, all thats happening is a continuous loop of red light and then the error message (it's on charge at the moment)....
