Dec 4, 2014I Got a new iPhone today and they set it up in the store using my iCloud accout be it hasn't been updated in a few months so the data was out of date. I'm trying to transfer the data from the old phone to the new one using iTunes but I can't figure out how after doing the initial setup? I haven't really used the phone yet so I dont mind doing a factory reset as long as it won't effect my cell and data ( I don't want to have to go back to the store).

Jun 21, 2012Yesterday I used the BB desktop software to transfer settings and stuff from an old device to a new device.I have now noticed that I am not getting any emails on either of the two accounts on the new device.Two accounts are on the new phone and has all emails up until the time I set it up yesterday.if I go to settings then mail I have the two options:
-Internet mail
-Enterprise Account
When I select Internet mail I am asked to input my BB ID. Something I do not have. I never needed to do this on my old BB.I have been into host routing table and registered the device and got email to say device was registered. I waited 2 hours but still no new emails arrived. I have done this by wifi and GSM
Carrier = SFR, I am English though so please do not reply in French.
Model = 9790
OS = 7.0 Bundle 2254 (v7.0.0.528, Platform 9.16.0.57)
There are no other apps installed other than what there is out of the box.Removing the battery did not help.I went mobile.blackberry.com on the device, selected England as my country then it loaded a login page in French.

Jul 8, 2012I have a problem about my device, it can't be recognize by my PC. I was using media transfer for transferring musics from my computer to my mobile. It works fine until there was a sudden error while I was transferring the musics. After that, my PC wont recognize my device anymore. So i search for the solution in the net and I found the way.
Here it is:
"In some devices, if having copied a large number of files (> 4000 files) in Media Transfer USB mode to the device, the PC connection may not succeed any more. If this happens, try deleting files with File Mgr. Application to decrease the number of files below 4000."

Jul 5, 2010I have a Pearl, doesn't connect to PC, no internet. My brother is letting me use his Curve to transfer a theme to my Pearl. Now basically, i need to know how and where to transfer the Pearl theme to (while the curve is plugged in, and the pearl's micro sd is in it) then remove the SD card and put the SD card it in the pearl, then locate the theme.
When i open the folders for the micro SD card on the computer,(while in the curve) i see no folder for apps or themes. I transfer the alx and cod file into every folder there but i can't find it when i put the micro sd back in my pearl
The next thing ive tried was installing it as an app thru BB manager, it said it transferred ok, but i cant find it on the micro sd card (do they go right to the curves own memory maybe??)

I need a simple way to transfer all of them to my computer, since obviously emailing them one at a time or moving them one at a time is not practical.When I go to Options > Memory, all options are set to On (Media Card Support, Media Transfer Protocol, and Mass Storage Mode Support).When I go to Media > Pictures > All Pictures, I see all my photos. When I go to Picture Folders, it says Device Memory.
While connected to my PC via USB, I try to pull it up in Windows Explorer. I see options for MTP Device - Device Memory and MTP Device - Media Card. There are only empty folders under Device Memory. Media Card has nothing under Data, and only my music files under Media. Similar behavior when I pull it up under Windows Media Player.

Oct 3, 2013Just about 2 or 3 weeks ago i could use android file transfer just fine to sync my data in my htc one. But now every time i plug in my phone and open android file transfer it says no device found, please plug in your device or restart phone.
When I replug it or restart the phone it says "could not connect to device". I have tried using three different usb cables to attempt to connect but it doesn't work.
The last time i was using android file transfer my sister asked to sync her stuff so i connected her s4 mini and android file transfer said the same thing it said to me. That's wierd coz right before she asked me for her phone to be synced android file transfer was working fine with my phone. I installed samsung kies and synced her data in her phone. How to fix require to uninstall kies or reinstall drivers and restart computer. I have done all the methods and i still can't use android file transfer.
