I made backups of app data by dragging them from my phone in iTunes to the C drive. I now want to put these files onto my new iPhone so that my app progress is not lost.

My sister accidentally cleared the data for the PhotoAnalyzerService app (com.sonymobile.photoanalyzer 5.5.A.0.10) in the app manager on her Z2.
That caused the Album app to disappear from the app drawr. Since then, she updated Album (com.sonyericsson.album) from the Play Store, and that caused the Album icon to reappear in the app drawr. However, something is wrong with how media is handled by the phone now:

The problem began when I tried to delete them and I found out that the delete option is unavailable due to syncing them onto my phone and what's worse is that the original files are gone. I have a select number of .MOV files that were taken from my iphone originally but, why I try and transfer them back to my phone I get an error.
The process I do is: Import the Mov files in to ITunes Movies (Play OK) Go in to my Iphone 4, select Movies and pick the relevant Mov file. Click Sync
I then get the following error from ITunes "Movie" was not copied to the Iphone "Iphone" because it cannot be played on this iPhone.
I took this MOV on my Iphone originally and it plays OK through Itunes and other media players so am confused as to why this is not working on my iPhone.
I do not have the option in iTunes to "Convert to Ipod/iPhone" or anything like that....

However after restore I find that all the BBM contacts, Bookmarks and Auto-text was not restored.I had spent a lot of time in making all the Auto text relevant to me. I want to download the mp3 files on my iPhone back onto the new drives so I don't have to re-do 1500 songs. I can't find anything that shows how to do this, and it's very frustrating that something so simple isn't a basic feature. (The Sync function wipes out all the data on the iPhone, but doesn't allow for the reverse...very stupid design, in my opinion.) And in Windows XP--no jokes please--the iPhone files on the windows explorer only shows photos, no music...again, not a very smart design. Im in Thailand and I was having trouble with my message settings at the "recieve at" had my number and ERROR next to it, so I was told to go to the hotel computer, download itunes, sign into my apple ID then restore and backup to reset the phone, however when I did this, it erased everything on my phone and replaced it with someone call "panu" and it was in german, so I gather this was probably the peron before me using this computer, however it was signed into my apple ID so why did it do that and how do I get it back? also my icloud wasnt turned on and theres no data saved there? I can't sync my iPhone and back up my data with my computer because iTunes says to enter the passcode into my iPhone to unlock it, but I am unable to unlock and enter in my passcode on my iPhone because the screen is shattered. I have my replacement iPhone with me and I'm not going to activate it until I can sync/get the data from my broken iPhone. I had an iPhone 3 that was backed up on my PC's iTunes. It broke, so I got an iPhone 4S. Because of computer issues, I was not able to sync my new iPhone until tonight, about a month after I bought it.
