I have a select number of .MOV files that were taken from my iphone originally but, why I try and transfer them back to my phone I get an error.
The process I do is: Import the Mov files in to ITunes Movies (Play OK) Go in to my Iphone 4, select Movies and pick the relevant Mov file. Click Sync
I then get the following error from ITunes "Movie" was not copied to the Iphone "Iphone" because it cannot be played on this iPhone.
I took this MOV on my Iphone originally and it plays OK through Itunes and other media players so am confused as to why this is not working on my iPhone.
I do not have the option in iTunes to "Convert to Ipod/iPhone" or anything like that....
I'm using Xperia P since 4 months. I'm facing video file copy/paste problem. Some videos not copying from my Pc to my phone but the same video copying from another Pc. What is the problem?
i have 2gb micro sd card in my neo v. how do i copy the files to a new 32 gb micro sd class 10 card. when i tried by copying through the copy and paste method, all the files are not getting copies from the old card to the new one.
When I try to move some files from my phone memory to my memory card, the phone gets stuck on moving files for AGES and then the files dont even get copied sometimes! When I tried to do this file by file, it did the same thing, and I waited for half an hour, before trying to exit, (the phone didnt respond) and I had to get the battery out to restart the phone! I tried a master reset, and now I've lost my themes and ringtones.
I am new to Blackberry. How do I copy a Word file from my Laptop to the Blackberry Bold 9700 microSD 2GB memory card? Do I use desktop manager? With my Windows mobile, I could access it using Mobile device center.
I have the nokia pc suite 7.1.51.0 and am loading up the browser to copy the files from phone to PC but get this message "operation failed: the item is copyright protected. The files where these show up are the ringtones which are in .mid file on the 3205i and the wallpaper image that are in PNG format, not sure how I got them on there I think I downloaded them off the internet from my phone...

I made backups of app data by dragging them from my phone in iTunes to the C drive. I now want to put these files onto my new iPhone so that my app progress is not lost.
My computer's hard drive and backup drive both malfunctioned at the same time, and I've lost a lot of the mp3 files that still live on my iPhone4. I want to download the mp3 files on my iPhone back onto the new drives so I don't have to re-do 1500 songs. I can't find anything that shows how to do this, and it's very frustrating that something so simple isn't a basic feature. (The Sync function wipes out all the data on the iPhone, but doesn't allow for the reverse...very stupid design, in my opinion.) And in Windows XP--no jokes please--the iPhone files on the windows explorer only shows photos, no music...again, not a very smart design. So how do I export my music files back to my computer and back up drive?
My iPhone cannot switch off It also always shows the GPS icon in the top bar, even in flight mode. The technician at the iStore said that he suspects a bug in my back-up file and that I need a clean restore and bring over the apps 1 by 1 without doing a restore from back-up.
He then restored my phone and deleted all my apps. He then backed up this "clean" iphone, and in the process replaced my back-up file with all my app data. When he tried to sync the apps with stored data on them, he discovered that this is not possible. The apps doesn't automatically bring the data with it.
Please, please help. I'm lost without the data I lost!!!
How do I retrieve my BB files after backing up? It says I need an IDP file, but also says IDP files can harm my pc. My BB crashed and is dead. Tried replacing the battery but nothing. I had backed it up on my pc a few weeks ago but I am not having success in pulling up the BB files on my pc.
i have a problem i have 2 back up files where i want to have all the sms and texts in one , so i can then transfer it onto my phone as my phone decided to start deleting texts, how can i get sms and texts from a backup with my latest backup for sms and texts ?
Just recently my macbookpro was stolen that I backup my iphone to. I didn't have a recent backup of data on this so I can't just plug in a harddrive and get everything back, but what I want to do is connect my iPhone to my replacement mbp and copy everything off it before it does a sync. I know that when it syncs for the first time it will erase everything so want to avoid losing all my photos, apps, music, contacts etc!I know Apple don't really tell you how to do this but I'm sure there is a way around it. Its very critical as I can't sync my phone until I sort this out otherwise I will lose everything.
I managed to deleted all the text messages between my partner and I accidently when I had to get my faulty iPhone 4 replaced. Unfortunately they are not in my most recent backups either which is very strange (only the history pre-January 2012), and I'm embarrassingly devastated by this. I have restored it to every back up I have and they are not there... They are a mix of iMessages and normal text messages. Is there any way I copy the conversation from my boyfriends iPhone/back-up?
I was messing around with my phone, and accidently deleted the Ovi Files and Ovi Contacts icons/apps from the phone. But now I have no idea how to get them back.I can't find any answers or support on this anywhere.I tried a reset, but that just did the settings.would a hard reset restore the phone back to it's original state? can anyone please tell me how to delete ipd. back-up files from my computer. they have a " locked" symbol on them and they will not delete. it says you need admin rights.i am the admin of my computer.

I am using Office Suite Pro, great program. I am having a problem transferring back onto my Mac the Word files. They transfer ok but they do not open and show as possible corrupt files.
In my iphone I've got numbers of individuals who own more than one phone numbers and unfortunately when I sync outlook with itunes it doesn't take the other numbers but takes only one mobile number and saves it. I've tried downloading the latest itunes, and also refreshing sync history.I'm using iphone 3GS 3.0 FW. How can i make sure that all the numbers get transferred?

Last time I backed up phone, like an **bleep** I just dragged all the files from the phone to pc, (like you would any hard drive).Because I didn't back up the correct way using the software I don't have a IPD file to restore, but I have everything copied over on to pc, is there a way I can get my contacts back without an IPD by dragging a file back on to the Blackberry or something.
I am trying to update an Excel file on my Bionic. No problem downloading the file at all, but I would like the changes to sync to the PC file. The changes are simple numbers (Sunday School Attendance) so no large complex formulas. Is this possible or is Zumo simply for downloading?
I just found out that you can’t copy more than 5 pics, when you want to paste them in mail like we used to do in all OS 3’s prior to 4.0. You can share more than 5, but it is now limited to 9, and if you share more than 5, your only option is to MMS the pics. Bottom line is you can only email 5 pics at a time.So, Apple had to purposely remove the option to copy more than 5 pics. I guess someone decided we really didn’t need that function.
