Mar 20, 2012Maybe it's just the way I'm saying it, but I can't seem to get Siri to add a time to any reminders outside of the default list. Every time I try, she either adds it to the wrong list with the time, or to the right list without a time.

Aug 29, 2015I was trying to create a second user account on my LG G3 and the setup process proceeded as expected and the second user was created. However, once I switched back to my main 'Owner' account, I found that my phone was no longer able to launch the apps which I had saved on my SD - my SD was loaded and I could read files and photos stored on it, but I was unable to launch the apps transferred to it from the internal memory. I had to delete the second user account in order to return full access to my SD.

Feb 7, 2015I updated my Sprint Galaxy S5 to Android 5.0(Lollipop). A feature of 5.0 was supposed to be support for multiple user accounts and to let a friend login with his/her gmail account and use the phone if they broke/forgot there's. I've searched the settings page and all and haven't found this feature on my S5. Am I doing something wrong or was this left out on purpose.

May 11, 2012I have contact list with records for a lot of people (300+), each with several phone numbers each, home, mobile & work, etc, .I can't seem to find a way to have the iPhone announce the name & number or name & type (home,mobile,work) of the caller from the contact list, my old cell phone could do that easily.
At the moment what I've been doing as a work around for a few (important) people is to create a custom ringtone for that caller & that phone number. Since it also seems there's no way to attach a different ringtones to each number in a single contact record I've had to create multiple contact records for each person, each with a different name/number combination such as "John Doe Work", "John Doe Home" or John Doe Mobile" then assign to it the custom ringtone I created for that name/number.
I need to this so that if I receive a call while I'm driving (or whatever) that I can't answer right then for some reason (often happens), the ringtone I created for that name & number helpfully lets me know who & where their calling from. It's very important to know where someone is calling from, if someone's calling from home then I know I've got some time, but if their calling from work then I need to get back to them quickly.
having to make multiple contacts & ringtones for a every person with multiple numbers is a extraordinary waste of time. My old cell phone could do this with no problem but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this with my new iphone.

Jan 19, 2010In september I bought an 8330 curve. It worked great, and other than a few small things (not comfirming bbm contacts) it worked awesome, solid, never unstable. The screen started to have bubbles on the inside of it, so I took it in on warranty, and was given a new one AFTER I was sent home to make a backup. I get the new phone, came directly home and reloaded the backup. The next day, it started randomly rebooting. Even if it was just sitting there.
Sunday it shut off and when it tried to restart it just went to JVM error 102. If you reset it or did a hard reset it would always go to JVM error 102 when it tried to boot. I was out of town, and use my phone for work, so I was tickled pink, since its supposedly brand new.
Monday night they give me a new one AGAIN because nobody at the store can seem to fix it or figure it out. I go home, reload my data, wich is now a week old, and within a few hours it randomly starts rebooting agian. Then it wouldnt start, just flash the red LED, wich it did regardless of how many times I tried a hard restart. Eventualy this morning after 8 hours of flashing the red LED, I did a hard restart and it work.
I don't download apps. I use the phone, text, email, and I email pictures to my boss. Its the main reason i have a BB, so I dont get killed on MMS message charges, I just have unlimited email and I send the pics on email. The odd time I browse. And I don't do any of the things ppl talk about on crackberry where they are farting around doing things they arent supposed to and thier phone crashes. Any idea why my "new" curves keep doing this? 3rd one in 5 months, and 2 of them in the last week.
Apps? The ones that come on the phone from the factory. I live in terror that any thing else will brick my curve. I even talk nice to it.

Mar 18, 2012The screen is blank and nothing I do is working. I have tried holding down the home and power buttons but nothing has happened. What do I do? Should I send it in to be repared? It was working one minute and then the next it wasn't respnding to anything. I didn't drop it or spill anything on it. I don't understand why this is happening. Also Itues willnot recognize it. So when it fell My home button broke so i had to turn off the phone and turn it on to get to settings and when I turn Accessibility Touch on i tap on it and it turns from Light gray to dark gray but doesnt open the interface or w/e u call it(The options) it just changes color of the button from light gray to dark gray but all other clicking works on my phone. Jun 25, 2014I've had my iPhone5s for about six months. It's had no power for some days since I lost my lightning cable - it's basically completely out of power. I've charged it once in the last week with a certified Apple lightning cable, but now it no longer responds to any cables at all.Â
I've tried with two different cables (neither are certified Apple cables, but both work well with their owner's iPhones) and the phone does not respond at all. I've tried charging through my computer and using a wall socket, but the phone does nothing, even after it's been plugged-in for more than an hour. Â
Why my phone has stopped responding and what I could do to get it start charging? Could it be the battery?Â

Mar 17, 2012My iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1 does something strange and very annoying when I get a missed call. When my iPhone receives a missed call, it shows a screen that asks you to accept that you received a missed call and then it takes you to a "missed call menu" from which you can do things like "call back in 5" "send "who is it" " etc.What happens is that instead of doing this, my phone goes haywire and starts flickering the screen and acting unresponsive to what I do. It's very annoying as each time I have to do a hard reset.
