IPhone :: Tried To Update Now It Will Not Respond At All?
Mar 12, 2012
Tried to update iPhone 4 because they kept sending me an update etc.. Now my iPhone is emergency call only - Says connect to iTunes - I tunes says cannot read content of iPhone - restore to factory settings. I do not want to lose my pics etc.
I just update my LG G3 to the new 5.01 Lollipop. Now my OK Google won’t respond. I used to be able to just say OK Google and it would come right up now it doesn't.
The screen is blank and nothing I do is working. I have tried holding down the home and power buttons but nothing has happened. What do I do? Should I send it in to be repared? It was working one minute and then the next it wasn't respnding to anything. I didn't drop it or spill anything on it. I don't understand why this is happening. Also Itues willnot recognize it. No charging will do anything.
my mom's iphone doesnt respond no matter what i do. the screen is blank.tried connecting it to the PC but was of no use. but the orange light on the left side is on.
For example, when I tell Siri to read my messages (texts), it responded "I'm not interested in sex". When I ask to find a contact such as Ian in my phonebook, it responded "What type of iron that you need?".
I have tried everything the volume is up I'm connected to Wi-Fi I even did a reset but Siri only text me and does not talk please help. Yes I have disabled her and re-enabled her and she still does not talk
So recently I dropped my phone, around 3 feet so not much right? Plus I have an Otter box on. So when it fell My home button broke so i had to turn off the phone and turn it on to get to settings and when I turn Accessibility Touch on i tap on it and it turns from Light gray to dark gray but doesnt open the interface or w/e u call it(The options) it just changes color of the button from light gray to dark gray but all other clicking works on my phone. I cant turn it off by clicking the home button and lock button at the same time considering by home button is messed up
I've had my iPhone5s for about six months. It's had no power for some days since I lost my lightning cable - it's basically completely out of power. I've charged it once in the last week with a certified Apple lightning cable, but now it no longer responds to any cables at all.Â
I've tried with two different cables (neither are certified Apple cables, but both work well with their owner's iPhones) and the phone does not respond at all. I've tried charging through my computer and using a wall socket, but the phone does nothing, even after it's been plugged-in for more than an hour. Â
Why my phone has stopped responding and what I could do to get it start charging? Could it be the battery?Â
My iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1 does something strange and very annoying when I get a missed call. When my iPhone receives a missed call, it shows a screen that asks you to accept that you received a missed call and then it takes you to a "missed call menu" from which you can do things like "call back in 5" "send "who is it" " etc. What happens is that instead of doing this, my phone goes haywire and starts flickering the screen and acting unresponsive to what I do. It's very annoying as each time I have to do a hard reset.
The phone is physically intact, but you can see the LCD is cracked behond the glass. I have tried plugging it in, tried putting it on the charger, and resetting it using the off and home buttons, bit response. I don't need the phone to work, but I do need to be bale to back it up in order to restore to the new phone. Is there any way to extract the data or back up the hard drive without repairing the phone? Just curious what my options are before I spend cash trying to fix the phone and find out there was another way to get the data.
My iPhone 4 (GSM version) has been freezing up lately. The keys do not respond and the screen is blank. The only way out so far has been to put the phone in DFU mode and restore in iTunes. This phone was previously locked to the AT&T network and was recently unlocked.
My home button has stopped responding entirely on 2 different phones. Tried restoring settings but this did not work on the first phone and had trouble restoring on the second.
I have iphone4, since quiet good time and the home button have defect in response, most of the time when I am in middle of app and wanna return to home screen, when I press it wont take me there but after the second or third pressing it respond. I believe there a dirt inside or something like that, cause almost 1.5 year since I bought it.
Why is my iPhone 4 home button so slow to respond? All of a sudden I have to hold it down for 5-7 second to get a response, if I get one at all. Also I can't get to the open app dock by double-clicking.
The respond with text feature is not working on my iPhone 6 Plus. I got the phone yesterday and restored it from the iCloud backup from my iPhone 5. The setting is enabled in the passcode section of the settings, and all of my previous custom messages are still showing in the list. It will not give me the option to respond to a phone call with a text message whether or not the phone is locked, unlocked, engaged in a current phone call, or not engaged in a call. Â
I remember having this problem with my 4 a long time ago but I cannot remember how I fixed it.Â
My iPhone 5 lock button does not respond at all I have heard that it's quite a common problem with the iPhone are apple fixing them or do I have to pay to get it done?
