It prompts me to use connect to iTunes . I have done all iTunes updates but it says it cannot be restored due to error 14.
It restored correctly once this weekend and functioned for all of an hour before it died.
I'm afraid I'm within days of the one year warranty. Because I live in a rural area I can't get to a Rogers or IApple store I cannot conveniently take it in for replacement or repair. Â
I've had nothing but problems since I updated to the os7.

Just now I turned off noise suppression and turned on call clarity enhancement.However, it occurs to me that since I have another LG G4 on my account and also a samsung, I should do some comparisons between the phones to make sure it's not my phone.

Mar 18, 2012The screen is blank and nothing I do is working. I have tried holding down the home and power buttons but nothing has happened. What do I do? Should I send it in to be repared? It was working one minute and then the next it wasn't respnding to anything. I didn't drop it or spill anything on it. I don't understand why this is happening. Also Itues willnot recognize it. No charging will do anything.

Aug 23, 2014So recently I dropped my phone, around 3 feet so not much right? Plus I have an Otter box on. So when it fell My home button broke so i had to turn off the phone and turn it on to get to settings and when I turn Accessibility Touch on i tap on it and it turns from Light gray to dark gray but doesnt open the interface or w/e u call it(The options) it just changes color of the button from light gray to dark gray but all other clicking works on my phone. I cant turn it off by clicking the home button and lock button at the same time considering by home button is messed up

Jun 25, 2014I've had my iPhone5s for about six months. It's had no power for some days since I lost my lightning cable - it's basically completely out of power. I've charged it once in the last week with a certified Apple lightning cable, but now it no longer responds to any cables at all.Â
I've tried with two different cables (neither are certified Apple cables, but both work well with their owner's iPhones) and the phone does not respond at all. I've tried charging through my computer and using a wall socket, but the phone does nothing, even after it's been plugged-in for more than an hour. Â
Why my phone has stopped responding and what I could do to get it start charging? Could it be the battery?Â

When my iPhone receives a missed call, it shows a screen that asks you to accept that you received a missed call and then it takes you to a "missed call menu" from which you can do things like "call back in 5" "send "who is it" " etc.What happens is that instead of doing this, my phone goes haywire and starts flickering the screen and acting unresponsive to what I do. I have tried plugging it in, tried putting it on the charger, and resetting it using the off and home buttons, bit response. I don't need the phone to work, but I do need to be bale to back it up in order to restore to the new phone. Is there any way to extract the data or back up the hard drive without repairing the phone?
