I accidently locked myself out of my phone. It says that it is disabled, and so apparently I need to restore it. How much of your personal stuff gets wiped. Like notes, contacts, pictures, etc

Was on my way to work today, listeting to music with the phone (fully charged) in my pocket.The music stops playing and when I look at the phone, it's just rebooting. When the phone starts again, I see the factory reset home screen. It is all wiped, no contacts, photos etc etc.Could this be some sort of bug in the phone? Or could someone have wiped it remotely without my permission?

I mistakenly selected restore backup on my computer with my iphone 5S plugged in and little did i know it was going to delete all of my photos and contacts that I had from the past year and send me back to my last backup which was when ios 7 came out (LAST YEAR!!) I really need these photos and contacts back, so I did some research about recovering deleted files on my phone and turns out applications like these exist. I just don't know which ones to get. Most of them range from $50 to $100 so i really don't want to have to buy two of them. Some of them are called PhoneRescue, MobiSaver, Wondershare Dr. Fone...etc and i tried all of their 'free trials' and none of them worked.

View 4 Replies View RelatedOk, i have updated my phone so many times and nothing has ever gone wrong, i have always backed up my files in the "Backup and Restore" App and there has never been a problem. I have just updated my phone with latest update and it has wiped my Apps including the "Backup and Restore" app! (My files are always sent to my memory card with no problem) Now i cannot restore any of my files and its really F***ed me off, The Xperia 10 has to be the faultiest phone i have ever had, even when the phone is locked and in my pocket it manages to change my settings and forwards messages to random people!

I forwarded the deleted notes from the trash to my icloud email thinking it would synch back to my iphone and touch but it doesn't seem to be adding them to my devices. Is there a way to get those deleted ones back on my devices. Just didn't realize what I was doing.

He does not like the clouds. However, we thought it only deleted from ONLY Exchange account on iPhone 4S and not the whole device. Oops.Â

I recently did a factory restore on my iPhone 4s. There was one thing to I forgot to backup and that way my notes on the phone. I did not have the sync to iCloud option enabled so I cannot access them on my icloud, is there anyway to recover them? I lost some important information in those notes!

I changed my password on my curve, and I couldn't remember it and I got it wrong 10 times. It then said wiping and it wiped all my data. Luckily, I had a backup, however it wasn't very recent so I have lost a few contacts, but more importantly, all of my pictures. Is there any way at all that I can get them back?

I was experiencing sluggish performance on my s6, it was taking ages for my contacts to appear when trying to dial them, I fixed this by going on to apps>contacts>clear data and cached data. However it came at a price. many of my contacts have now disappeared. is there anyway i can restore them?

After deleting the e mail account, her contact list stayed (all1700 of them) swamping my contacts.I read on these forums that using RSET in Address Book Options would remove the list. It did but also removed all my contacts. There is no back up on a PC or on my SIM. I can't even add contacts manually as they refuse to save. how to get my contacts back or at least to allow them to be re-input manually?

Hey all,So today my phone starting getting a little weird got onto BBM and it won't let me get incoming photos or voice notes I tried everything nothing worked. Then I tried to load apps that connect to the internet and they all freeze and do nothing at all. I cleared all my music and photos thinking a memory issue but nothing same problems. I've done 2 battery pulls and still nothing.
View 8 Replies View RelatedWeird problem here, my Notes application cannot find the notes I've written, it's like they were auto-deleted. The first time it happened I thought maybe I exited without pressing done, thinking maybe that saves it. But it's happened to me several times. I write a note, press done, exit out of the program. Open up the program and the note is still there, but after a day or 2 it's just completely gone. I'm not even syncing it or anything. This is on a ip4 with 4.02 and no JB.
