May 23, 2012I have random emails that show up in my inbox and then get sent to my deleted folder automatically. Does anyone know what is casusing this and what the solution to fix it. Recently I have deleted the exchange account and reinstalled to see if that would help. This started happening after the latest upgrade. I'm using a iphone 4S

Mar 10, 2012I use yahoo email on my Blackberry and Outlook on my computer. Emails are coming to my phone and outlook, when I view them on my outlook and move them to a Outlook folder they disappear from my phone. It just shows my sent messages. I need to be able to see received messages too!

Jan 16, 2015When I delete emails from my pc on my old earthlink account (yes, I still use an earthlink account, got too much stuff linked to it still) it doesn't remove them from my Turbo email folder. Not sure if I'm missing a setting or what but my old Droid DNA synced just fine. I'm using the default email app on the phone. I'm tired of seeing a ton of emails on my phone but only having 10 in my inbox via my pc.

Mar 18, 2010I don't know why this happened, I woke up this morning and it was like this. Whenever I try to open my email inbox the SMS inbox opens. Even if I go directly to my individual accounts on my BB (yahoo and gmail) and try to open them directly, it still opens my SMS inbox. I can't figure this out and can't find an answer. I have to check all my emails my going onto a computer. I still get notifications of new emails on my BB, but can't view them because only the SMS inbox will come up. I need my email inbox to show when I click on my email inbox.

Jun 24, 2012I use Webmail from Time Warner Cable (RoadRunner) for my e-mail. When I am using my e-mail on my home computer (using the internet to access webmail.wi.rr.com) and delete an item in my inbox, the e-mail still shows up on my phone. Additionally, when I delete an e-mail on my phone, it still shows up in my e-mail on my home computer (using the internet to access webmail.wi.rr.com). Does anyone know why this is happning and how I can get the inboxes to match one another?

Sep 4, 2014When i checked my email today it said "could not connect to server" and when i tried to delete the account (hotmail) and set it up again, it recovered all my DELETED EMAILS and moved them to my inbox as unread. So now i have like 2,226 unread emails.

Sep 15, 2010It's set to delete on Handheld and Mailbox (mailbox wins). When the user deletes the message on the BB, the message deletes in Outlook. When he deletes a message in his Outlook Inbox, it won't delete. The message will finally delete after being deleted from the deleted folder in Outlook, however, it's supposed to delete when cleared from the inbox.

One of the text messages in the inbox does not open, cannot be deleted, can't be moved to any other folders and you can't even see the msg details. If you try to open/delete or move it, the phone simply restart. Because of the I am unable to take backup via any software, whether Nokia or 3rd party. Tried to access the msg file via different phone explorer like fileman, etc and located the msg file in the system mail folder. if you go to the specific folder then the phone restarts. Have tried every known solution but does not work. The phone data is important and cannot be erased. Please look in to the matter and help me with a resolution where I can recover the data, i.e. the msgs, contacts, etc.

May 31, 2010Hi, wasn't sure if this was the best forum to post this issue in or not. I have yahool email through BIS on my Storm 2. Recently, my blackberry fails to sync with messages deleted in my yahoo inbox. I have to go on the device and delete the email a second time. Has anyone else had this issue or can you offer any advice to fix the issue?
I have tried waiting an hour or more to see if the blackberry will reconcile and remove the messages. Also, I go into my email and select reconcile now. These things did not work. I have not changed any of my email sync settings from when the blackberry was syncing fully. They are still set to inbox wins. Also, I even tried resending service books and deleting/reinstalling the yahoo email. None of these have worked so far!

May 3, 2012I generally send email every day from my gmail account. Have been doing so from my iPhone (and previously my iPod Touch) for around 5 years.
All of a sudden I have a new friend and when I send him emails, they go to him AND show up in my inbox.
I tested a bunch of friend's emails and none came to my inbox.
How can I figure out why this ONE email address is coming to my inbox?
The Subject doesn't read "Re:" or "Fwd:"
It doen't show any other address in the TO:, and there is nothing in CC: or BCC:
I do not have the setting on to CC or BC myself - this started happening out of the blue.

Jun 13, 2012Have an issue with 1 user. When he deletes email from Outlook (on Mac), it remains in the inbox on his iPhone. This will remain even if he does a manual sync. If he empties the Deleted Items forder in Outlook it will remove them from the iphone. If he deletes the email from his iPhone it will be deleted in Outlook.
have removed and re-added his account to the iPhone with no help.

Feb 12, 2012I was having trouble w/the email address I assigned my blackberry, so I deleted it, and did a battery pull. When it finished the restart, the screen saver came up normally, but the touch screen just quit working. I know there are issues w/Torch TS. Just thought perhaps it malfunctioned because I deleted my email account.
