Mar 5, 2012A couple of times when I called my voice mail and listened to my messages, I would press end call to end the call and nothing would happen. Well actually, the phone would be, but it wouldn't end the call. Eventually, the voice mail system gave me the boot.
In addition, I had a couple other calls from friends and when they hung up, I pressed end call. Again nothing happened. Eventually the phone ended the call.
I tried calling my voice mail just now and the end call button seemed to work.

Feb 9, 2015I test it's ear proximity and it doesn't have any problem. It works fast. But smart call handling doesn't work. Before I clear data it's data it answers the calls late and other motions didn't work at all. Now non of them works. I use lollipop.

Aug 28, 2010I have a Nokia N86 8MP. Tried to send a picture and on the question how to send it by mms or e-mail, I chose e-mail, although I had not created any e-mail account before. Since then, the phone tries unsuccesfully to send the e-mail, diverts my calls to a default number (and I cannot deactivate diversion) and exhausts the battery. Tried switching off, remove sim card battery and memory card, restore defaults but nothing worked. Can anybody give a hint how to cancell this e-mail action? I cannot find any outbox folder to delete this e-mail.

The camera doesn't work. I open the camera application with both methods (button on side and icon in apps) but it does the red dot thing in the corner for about 4-6 seconds then disappears and applications tells me the app is running. I try to go to the app but it wont go on it.
Problem 2:
The green key, dialler and contacts icon on the home screen do not work at all. I have no way of opening my dialler as there is no option for it.
I updated my firmware to v40.0.005 last week. Please be aware the problems were both there BEFORE i made the update and are still here after the update.Is there any way of doing this without soft/hard resetting. Also, does soft/hard reset mean you lose the data in an app (eg your high scores in a game like bagatelle)?
