Do you guys think I'll have luck within the next couple of days if I check with the stores each morning? Ordering on Apple.com has a 5-7 day wait and I'm hoping not to have to wait that long, because I am having some antenna issues and I'm deathly afraid of dropping the thing.

just simply boil your bumper case in water for 3mins now put back your snug beautiful case on iphone 4 and enjoy.
EDIT: just a tip. if the case floats, thats the sign remove it.
I was listening to TWiT today and Leo mentioned that Sarah Lane got a white bumper case today and it looked more gray than white. Like it was a bit dirty. Does it get dirty every time you put it in your pocket? Is it more gray than white? You happy with the color choice overall?

My findings so far is that it gets far worse reception and dropped calls than my 3GS. In fact, living in miami where ATT signal is strong, I never had any problems with dropped calls on my 3GS. I also have the proximity sensor issue and am wondering if I just received a bad phone.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI went and got a bumper case from my local apple store overall i actually like it a lot but there is one really frustrating problem. The only usb / charger cable that seems to fit into the dock port with the bumper case on is the apple one. I have a couple aftermarket usb cables tha ti use to charge it (one at work and a couple at home and one in my car) they all have just a slightly larger head on them than the stock apple one and will not fit into the dock port with the bumper case on. so is there something out there that is similar to or better than the bumper case which will free up my dock connector?

View 15 Replies View RelatedAfter recently buying a new Milestone outright I'm looking to protect the hell out of it. I currently have purchased a hard case for the phone itself (seidio innocase) as well as a screen protector.Now the next thing that I am looking for is a good Vertical case/pouch.The thing is that it must be vertical and it must be open at the top (I don't want a cover at all.I want to be able to slide the phone in and out easily). I also must have a belt clip on it.I have found a few online, but for what reviews that I have read stated that they are hard to get the phone in and out of when the phone is naked (no case on it). Since I am planning to have the phone in a hard case at all times that particular case will not work for me.
I have seen the pDair case and it looks good, but $28 USD plus shipping (to Canada) I want to make sure that the phone (in a hard case) will fit in it. I havn’t found any reviews on it as of yet either.I know that the iphone & Nexus One are about the same size as the Milestone and wonder if anyone has tried any of those cases with success? As I am sure (especially for the iphone) that there is a wider selection of cases available.
iPhone 4s not sending pictures. Its doing that whole almost sending but never finishing crap. Its incredibly frustrating and making me rethink my move from Android. Tried every suggestion. Network reset, turning off wifi, etc etc etc. This is too common, we should be getting refunds at this point. All the stuff I've read is months old, any new fixes out there? Also, I have a feeling this is all related, I recently lost all my contact info. I woke up one day, and all my messages were under phone numbers with no names. I had to rebuild all my contacts.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI would like some software or firmware fixes for the following issues on the Impression. I have the MultiLoader_V.562 & TKFE softwares and the original Samsung USB cable. I have read that some may not be possible on the samsung-impression.org website, but maybe there are more experienced programmers in this forum. I'm hoping the latter is the case! Here are the items I would like seeing solved, in no particular order:
1) Text bug, whereas the text stalls in the "Outbox" and the phone must be power-cycled to return to normal.
2) a) Slider qwerty has slow-response time in regards to letters pressed;
b) Pressing space bar twice creates a period;
c) Certain letters (mainly A, E, & N) aren't accepted if pressed quickly.
3) Possibility to install firmware found in SPTbox format (with the .crz file type)
4) Possibility to install another OS, such as Windows or Android.
I updated my phone the day the update rolled out and I'm still geting frequent random reboots. Some times it reboots when I'm not using the phone and other times it reboots after a while of good usage. Also every now and then after a reboot my phone will be frozen on the unlock screen and nothing fixes it except waiting for it to reboot again and start normally.

I take the train from Baltimore to DC every day, and w/my OG Droid, never had problems, even if one or two location only seemed to have 1x available. With my Bionic, however, I am frequently dropping my data connection completely (moreso than it seems when I bought the phone in September -- not 100% sure since I wasn't paying close attention to it those first couple weeks).For the heck of it, I thought I report it on twitter and see what kind of response I would get from @VZWSupport. (I always get better Comcast support from their twitter folks than from my local office).Got a response (see attached graphic).They told me to enable data roaming. Really? Anybody had success with that? I'm worried about running up a huge bill.

The point is this is a true GPS that shall work even if I am not on any carrier / have not inserted any SIM card. With such a GPS there are no data charges.Want to know if the GPS on 9530 fixes its location via GPS satellites or with data connection / network towers.

i got a brand new iphone 4s, the sim was working good until it died out.i went and purchased a new sim from vodafone store which was activated there and there, signals came then 5mins later the signals were gone but still said VOdafone AU... the sims are fine i tried them in other phones i even called the numbers...

Whenever I switch ON 3G, both phone & cellular data works. But when i switch OFF the 3G, phone shows no service for long time. Total network is lost. This may persist for as much as 15-20 minutes. This happens with even full battery & good signal strength in the area.
