Dec 2, 2014on my iPhone 6 and iOS 8.1.1 since 01DEC2014 I see the followi problem:
When updating my apps in the App Store I no longer see the app's icon and all related fotos within the updated app.
The app is updated and works fine.
All apps updated before 01DEC2014 are displayed properly in the App Store.
On my iPad running on iOS 8.1.1 everything is fine, too.

I wanted to back up my phone to itunes on my computer so I can put the new stuff on my computer, but since it wont let me back it up if i have no pass code for the iPhone, and clearly i cant enter it because my screen is not functioning. Is there a way i can open my phone with out touching it or enter the code in on itunes? Sep 2, 2014My iPhone 5 is over heating on charge and it is no longer showing anything on the screen. I was using it when the screen went white and it hasn't worked since. I have tried to both restart it and to restore it. as the screen doesn't not work it is hard to tell the condition of the phone. However it occasionally makes the lock noise when pushing the lock button and also occasionally vibrates when operating the side switch. I can not leave it plugged in on charge as it gets very hot and it is no longer recognised in iTunes unless i put it in recovery mode.Â

Jan 14, 2012I lost the Ovi store icon from my phone today. I can see Ovi store app when I check application manager>installed apps. But it is not there in the menu. So I cant access it by any means. I tried installing the new qml store client. Even that gets installed but not available thru menu. I can confirm it is installed in the phone memory as I can see it in the installed apps list. But no way I can use it since there is no icon for it. Also I have lost my internet search engine which is used to search web content thru native browser.

Apr 12, 2012Shortly after I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1, the camera shortcut on my home screen stopped working. The camera icon appears even if I single click the home button, but whether I single click or double click the home button, touching the camera icon simply makes the screen bounce in rejection.
I have removed the passcode on my phone only to get the same effect.
