App icons random refresh (like as if they are being installed - blue bar). Why is that? Phone is unresponsive for those few seconds. Happens more when switching apps. Say you in Safari and hit home button to go to another app. The whole home screen seems like all apps are refreshing.

The touch screen on my iPhone 6 randomly becomes unresponsive. The home button and all the other buttons work, just not the touch screen.
It has happened about 20-30 times already since yesterday morning. It either gets stuck for 10-20 seconds or does not respond until I turn it off and on. Even after shutting it down and turning it back on it still occurs randomly. I've tried restoring it and it still happens.

My iPhone's image keeps automatically enlarging. The touchscreen is also bearly responsive. I haven't dropped it and I've only ever used applications from the istore. I recently purchased some music from the istore the same day. I've tried restoring and resetting nothing seems to work. It goes back to the enlarged image.

I'm wondering if the storage is degrading... I would rather not upgrade since none of the other devices are significant steps up from the Nexus 5. I'm running Stock and ElementalX.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI had an authorized seller replace the broken screen on my iPhone 4S, but now the bottom dock of icons is unresponsive. Weird thing is that I can't access the icons on the dock, nor open the lantern / calculator / clock / camera on the icons when I pull up the quick menu, but aside from that, that part of the screen works ... I can use the keyboard completely, you name it, everything except the icons on the dock and the bottom ones on the pull up menu ! Â
The guy who fixed my screen said it must be a software glitch, but I've restarted and restored the phone (from backup and as a new one) and the problem is still there !Â
Any chance he messed up something while changing the screen ?Â
Also, iPhone isn't (and has never been) jailbroken or anything of the sorts
I factory reset my phone and during the process of signing in, agreeing to T&C's etc, a strange problem started occurring - the touchscreen became super unresponsive (had to press something three of five times for it to respond), however, at the same time, the phone would quickly vibrate on touch multiple times, but again, not actually do anything. Moreover, a weird blue text box started appearing around the options I touched and I can't swipe down to access the normal settings menu.
And to top it all off, if I long hold the power button to force restart/power off, it just won't do it. (tried the old "turn it off and on" trick to see it'll do the trick)
Everything was all normal until this point, had my phone for a couple of months, haven't dropped it or anything.
today i just upgrade my xperia mini pro SK17i to build number 4.0.2.A.0.58, after this update, my back and menu button begin to be unresponsive or lagged significantly, the backlight of these two button also not turn on.the responsiveness of home button is not affected at all, so I'm not sure what is the source of the problem here.for example, let me demonstrate here:
1. unlock my phone - by slide to right > press the corner shortcut - animation is smooth > press the mail icon - open mail and I can imediately scroll down with no lag > press back button...wait up to 3 second and then it go back to home screen or worse it not registered anything, is it like I didnt press the back button

what can make something like this happen? if this is software related action 1 and action 2 should be the same right? this is like some software component after update didn't detect the capacitive button correctly or something.there is option to repair this phone but it mean that I will loose all things in main memory, I will use this option as the last resort, but for now I would like to hear other opinion about this.other annoying stuff after this update:
- the APN setting was deleted so I must enter it again
- before update there is mcafee viruscan and mcafee wavesecure, after update it change into mcafee viruscan and mcafee security, and the mcafee security is not compatible with viruscan!! so I must delete viruscan, not that im using it tho, but still.
- there is some carrier spesific app that can be deleted but after boot restart showed up again
Every so often, the keyboard will just close while typing for a few seconds. It disappears completely.
I was using "Swype" and thought it was a problem with that, but after switching keyboards and re-installing them, I realized it's a universal issue. This especially happens in Whatsapp, but I spend 95% of typing time there, so I can't say fairly.
On my brother's 9700, he's experienced two random shut downs. He's with Rogers and has the latest OS installed (.743). He would notice that sometimes the phone sort of shuts off by itself. Normally he would keep the phone on standby or lock, but when he'd go to unlock the phone, he'd notice that none of the keys work (screen remains black). Normally the screen would light up and say that the phone is locked, but this doesn't happen. Then, he would hold down the End key for a couple of seconds to power up the phone, only the phone doesn't boot up from scratch. Instead, the Rogers splash screen would appear and it would go directly to his home screen. The phone is only about a week old and is brand new (not refurbished). Is there some sort of lock/standby feature that I'm unaware of that his phone is going into? Has anyone else experienced this?

I really like my live wallpaper and I like keeping it looking clean. I've noticed that randomly apps go missing. The apps are still on the device, they have to be reloaded onto the respective home page. It's a random event. Not anyone particular app, happened to several, not necessarily the same one over again.

Have just got my new X6 and its great except that i am having problems with my connection to my bluetooth car kit. It connects fine and has paired with it but it seems to disconnecting every 25 seconds or so and then reconnecting 25 seconds later. Its driving me bananas cos each time it does it the radio cuts out. If i am on a call it seems to keep connection. I fell i may have missed a setting somewhere but cant find anything about this.

The screen automatically refreshes itself every 10 seconds or so, not leaving me with enough time to input my info. Because of this, I can't put any apps on my phone.

Got a strange problem on my n97.
In almost every album, it shows every song twice.
Tried refreshing the library more than once now, but no luck.
If I add a new album, it only shows those tracks once.
So this must have happened some time ago, but I can't seem te get rid of it.
A couple of weeks ago, I updated my device to 6.0 Bundle 2647. There did not appear to be any problems during the update.
Since that time, however, I have noticed that the Messages application seems to be caching screen information. By that, I mean:
- I mark all prior messages read but the messages show in bold -
- I delete a message and the screen will show 2 copies of the message that would normally show up highlighted -
- displaying the next message may display the previously opened one -
: until I close and re-open the application or browse down through them.
My Xperia Neo V HomeScreen keeps refreshing everytime I try to exit from any app and games!

Previously, i would restart the fone and it would do a media scan AND library scan/refresh and then d new music would appear in the music player. Now for some reason it doesnt refresh the library! Only does a media scan and i cant get the music on the player though i know they undoubtedly on my fone, i see d files on my files.How can i make the fone scan/refresh the library or get my music to the music player any other ways.

View 2 Replies View RelatedEvery app I am in, whenever I get an interruption like the alarm going on, when i turn it off, the app refreshes and goes back to the beginning. So if I am using the browser to post something over the internet and the alarm turns on, when i turn it off, my page will refresh and i will loose everything i wrote.
It is the same when using the menu. If i go to a specific tab, and then to a sub-tab, whenever i press the back button, i return to the beginnig of the menu, to the quick settings tab.
Another example, if im using any app, i get a message from whatsapp, if i read it and go to whatsapp to reply, when i get back to the app, it refreshes and goes back to the beginning It's really bugging and i don't think it is normal.
