I can access all of my icons in the upper potion and the browser icon as well,but anything in the bottom row (main icons) except for safari are all unresponsive. when my keyboard comes up, I can use most of the keys except in the lower left corner. This has me not being able to use my phone and text functions except with Siri.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI've had the Torch since the release date and fortunately I haven't had any major issues with my device, however I've noticed that there is a tiny gap between the lower left side of the bezel and the device's body. It never really caught my attention until I started typing a lot on the physical keyboard. Basically when ever my left thumb presses down on the lower left side of the bezel I notice that it slightly moves up and down and creates a soft click noise. I'm just concerned that the bezel may get worse over time. The right side of the bezel is perfectly snug against the rest of the phone but it's just the left side of the bezel that seems very slightly elevated from the phone's frame. Has anyone else noticed this on their torch?

View 14 Replies View RelatedSo, for the past few days, when I wake up in the morning, I have found that the lower half of my screen is flashing. I use the AlarmDroid app and have done so since I got the device in February, so I didn't think that this would be the cause. It will flicker for a while, then eventually stop, so I can't just take it to erizon and show it to them. It only seems to do it first thing in the morning when I wake up (plugged into the charger). I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but no change. The only thing I can think of is that a couple of weeks ago my phone would not restart, so I had to reset to factory defaults. This started after I did the factory reset.

My iPhone's image keeps automatically enlarging. The touchscreen is also bearly responsive. I haven't dropped it and I've only ever used applications from the istore. I recently purchased some music from the istore the same day. I've tried restoring and resetting nothing seems to work. It goes back to the enlarged image.

Say you in Safari and hit home button to go to another app. The whole home screen seems like all apps are refreshing.

I just bought my new Curve 8530 from Sprint a couple weeks ago, it's a great phone and I love it! ( like all of my past blackberries ). There is just one issue that is bothering me, the E key can be unresponsive at times. For example if i hit it with my right thumb, it usually wont key in, but it always will with my left thumb. It's not a HUGE deal, but it is just a little bothersome.

Sometimes I feel like its maybe due to the fact I have another finger on screen, but then even when I remove the finger it may not work. After a few taps it comes back to life. View 6 Replies View RelatedThere is a lag when trying to wake the phone up. I will press the power button and it will take almost 4 seconds for the phone to wake up. This doesn't happen often, but often enough that I have to do a soft reset several times to correct the problem. Even then, it's still not 100% responsive. I'm on the latest DP and still having this issue.

Weird thing is that I can't access the icons on the dock, nor open the lantern / calculator / clock / camera on the icons when I pull up the quick menu, but aside from that, that part of the screen works ... I can use the keyboard completely, you name it, everything except the icons on the dock and the bottom ones on the pull up menu ! Â
The guy who fixed my screen said it must be a software glitch, but I've restarted and restored the phone (from backup and as a new one) and the problem is still there !Â
Any chance he messed up something while changing the screen ?Â
Also, iPhone isn't (and has never been) jailbroken or anything of the sorts
the bottom left key (123) on keyboard does not respond when phone is in vertical position. it works ok when horizontal.

Clicking central icons so good, but if the left click-activate the right and vice versa, so it is with the keyboard.My phone will rotee, install the recovery and install a stoc-rom, which one does not remember why I did several tests to see which I liked more.
I have done everything known: factory reset of the two known forms, install multiple stoc-rom, firmwares of several countries, including return to the previous version of Android 5.0.1, which I see, can not go back. All this with the Odin program. Also with Samsung Smart Switch "Emergency Recovery and initialization software."
On my blackberry 8330 i had the icons where the weree on left side from top to bottom also on my 8330 in the menu were everything else was my instant messengers were just in there on my 8530 they are in a folder called instant messengers how do i take em out of there?
View 5 Replies View RelatedMy blackberry curve 8520 keyboard is unresponsive. I have done several hard resets removing the battery sim card and memory card. Once I put all of the components back in the phone it restarts and brings me to the screen to enter my keyboard password. When I press the keys none of them respond and the screen stays blank and eventually dims away. NO keys word and the scroll pad will only scroll but not select. I am in dire need of a solution-
View 4 Replies View RelatedMy Torch is only 2 months old, a few days back all physical keys went dead, - all in the slideout keyboard and all 5 keys at the bottom of the screen and lock button. The scroll function of the middle key however is available at all times as well as function of the side buttons on the right of the touch screen.
Also, ever since that problem started, whenever i punch a text and stop in the middle/end of a word and try to scroll the cursor back, it wouldnt move, instead it starts changing the letter last before the cursor - i.e., makes it capital or replaces it with a symbol.
The problem used to be fixed with a battery pull, but how many times in a day one can do that? But today it got worse - even after a battery pull it hanged again in 2 minutes.
So now with the new OSs, we can't lock our phones this way. I don't know WHY. Anyone else with me? My main question is this: Can somebody make a custom OS with the old OS files which allows you to lock the keyboard with the left-side convenience key? Or can we swap them ourselves? Can an OS guru chime in on this? I'd like my left-side keyboard lock back

I used to have the keyboard lock function assigned to the left side convenience key. This was really essentail for me to have and now it is not available for me to assign when I try to assign something for the left side convenience key. I know the Tour has the option on the top of the phone to lock it but even when this is pushed, it will still unlock in my bag. How can I restore this option?

I have had an iPhone 4S since November 2011, and in the last two weeks whenever I plug in either the Apple headphones or my Sennheiser headphones the volume in the music app is lower than usual, even though the volume bar is in the same place. My headphones are not broken, I have tried with three different pairs of operating headphones.
The only seemable way to fix this is to open Shazam, then go back to music. This brings the volume back to a normal level, until I either pause or skip the song, which takes it back to its lesser volume level.
