Anybody know whether all AT & t retail stores are getting iphone 4s? Or should I call a few and check. My plan was to just to hop around AT&T stores but I want to know if I can expect a lot of stores to even get iPhones.

I need a local person at the store to tell me about stock that they have on hand or set up a one to one appointment, any ideas? I try saying, "HUMAN BEING!" but it always asks me what I'm calling about. I always say, "none of your business," to the automated system. I would never say that to a person. so rude! Is there any way to avoid that second prompt? I just want to get straight to a rep in the store without any prompts. what ever happened to operators answering the phones?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI gave my info to a local Radio Shack rep to call me when she had more info on preorders and while it is in the news everywhere that Radio Shack, Best Buy and ATT are going to be taking orders, this person claims no one is.
She claims she just got out of a meeting with her regional manager who just finished speaking with their corporate team and Apple. No stores are allow to take "PRE ORDERS!" What they are doing is giving out a unique number to each customer generated supposedly by Apple which puts you in a line to get one at that location and determines how many are sent to each location.
Can anyone verify this info? It sounds like BS to me but bottom line she isnt taking preorders!

However, since it was posted here that the ICS update should be available for Dutch Retail, I don't get ANY message anymore when hitting "System Updates". It just says "checking" for a second and then nothing.

I received email confirmation on both Apple IDs I used, however, my store (Oak Brook, IL) does not show my reservation on the main website, but does confirm my reservation on the iPhone App? View 6 Replies View RelatedSo I come home today to see four emails from PayPal from the four payments that have been made using my App Store account, totaling $449.95. I call Apple immediately and after being on hold for nearly 50 minutes with them trying to figure this out, I'm told my App Store account is going to be closed and that they cannot reverse the charges, so I need to file a dispute with my bank (or in my case, PayPal).
I called PayPal and they did not sound very confident in me getting my money back and said Apple should be the one reversing the charges. They guided me through filing a dispute on the charges and said that is the best they can do.
Am I screwed out of my money? Here is a screenshot of what the charges were made for (there is another $49.99 charge that is not showing up here, but appears in my PayPal account history):

I tried clicking Cancel and then Download. I have also tried exiting the Store and trying again.I went to store.ovi.com and it shows MobileTag as Downloaded even though it hasn't and I can't re-download it.

Since downloading my iphone4 with new updates about 2 months ago I have not been able to sign into my app store. It is either saying my password is incorrect or "an unknown error has occurred".
