I just updated my iPhone 4 to the 5.1.1 and now it keeps saying no sim. I have taken the sim card out and put it back in it didn't work and I reset my network it didn't work. It just can't find my Optus sim card

Now my music or my gallery wont open. Just opens the background of the app and then freezes. Phone also wont make a sound when it rings it just vibrate. When i try to set a ringtone it just freeze my device. My files works strangely enough but you cant open anything.

When going to file manager, seems it doesnt find memory card, even it is inserted.Then when removing memory card, phone works normally and not slow, fast. Every time I sign into an email account it adds that email account to my contact card. It keeps changing my name to my Google+ name despite me changing and SAVING a different name. It keeps updating my picture when I have set it to a blank picture. It keeps adding the phone # etc etc etc. I just want my contact card blank to be honest. Why is that when I edit and save it, it undoes everything I do?
I've tried turning off sync from FB Google and mail, contact card keeps updating... deleted my google+ account...keeps updating. What the heck!

If I plug it in to the computer then bring up the sd card they come up but they are not there in apps management. Can/how do I get them back. I took the SD card out and put it back in again after a reboot! this worked but only for a very short time, the SD card became lost again. PS. My SD card is 16GB and came with the device, it worked 100% up until the update! this is definitely an ICS issue.
