hi guys,this time..i have a very unique question,guys,i took out the simcard on my broadband n inserted it into my phone,all is well,i mean i can eneble the data n ya,i can use the internet,fb,twitter...but when i enter the market n start downloading or updating the files,theres an error where the files cant be downloaded nor updated,y?

View 3 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone know how to change the default storage to the external Memory card when downloading apps from the market place for th SE x10min pro?So far I've downloaded few apps and they all get downloaded to the phone memory. So it's nearly full but the SD card still has 1.8GB. If there isn't a default option, does anyone know how to get around the issue?
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy x10 has always been saying I have no SIM card inserted even though I do and it works perfectly. My status bar always shows my connections to be changing all the time, going from 5 bars to 1 bar, to no connection then no sim card and all over again. I'm just wondering if it was the updates fault, and do I have to re-update or factory reset the phone. P.S the SIM card message disappears after a phone restart but will come right back once you put it to sleep.

View 5 Replies View RelatedOver the past few days I have been having issues updating and downloading apps. When I go to do either, the app or apps just sit there "waiting", sometimes for hours. Eventually they will download or I will just connect to the computer to update. This is happening on both 3G and wifi connections.

I formatted the card on my PC after these failings, readily recognized there....and did a quick format and a soft reset, as well as a Hard Reset. Still the phone would not recognize the Card. More Reading. Back to the PC did a "slow" Format, turned off the phone and did a hard reset. At the large exclamation point I inserted the SD card and pushed the series of buttons to begin the "turning on of the phone". In my earlier formats and resets I didn't attempt to install the card until after the reset had been completed. My thinking in the last instance was "maybe" the phone would re-format the card.

If I restart my phone with the memory card inserted, my phone just hangs on the Nokia white screen and does nothing, but upon removal of the card it starts up fine...
After the phone starts up, I usually re-insert said memory card and everything works fine untill now, after inserting the card, my phone jams up and won't respond to button presses or screen touches....
I've removed the faulty memory card from the phone and done a chkdisk on it, with Windows doing all the repairs to the corrupted files and reinserted it but it still jams the phone up whenever I insert it....
Did a hard reset on my phone and reinserted my card and now it's stuck at a dialogue box thats says : Installing
Are there any ways that I could get it working again without loosing important data on the memory card?
Just bought a Xpeia Z2, First Android I've had!I've got all my music, videos and photos saved on my SD card..But the 16GB Internal memory is already half full from apps/games and I don't even have that many installed yet.How can I download apps to/Transfer apps to the SD card so I an use the whole 64GB of memory.

Problem 1 - picture messaging will not work. Someone will send a picture and it will say 'downloading' forever until it gives up. A few days later the message will pop up with the picture file and i will click download and it will download fine. Nothing different, yet it works.
PDF files. Some days they will download. Others.... Just spent 40 mins waiting for my phone bill to download and it didnt.
Google play services needs to be updated, but yet again nothing happens. Just stays on 'downloading' so now half my apps wont work bc they want google services updated.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI recently travelled from the UK to the US with a Galaxy S6. I'm on the Giffgaff (which piggy backs off O2) network.
I plugged my phone in to a US wall outlet with a travel adapter. I then when picking up the phone received a very violent shock (perhaps static, I am told), and the device was very warm. The phone now says No SIM inserted. However -- if I reseat the SIM card, it says 'SIM card added' and displays the 'Reboot' option. After rebooting the phone, no SIM card detected again.
I think, at least hope, this is software related, as it seems the SIM is being detected.
I'm running stock Android, and I've looked at the other, similar threads in this forum, but didn't find a solution. I tried " *#197328640#" and I get 'Not registered on network'.
How do I find apps to download and how then do I download and install them? I am used to iPhone with the App icon and itunes but cant seem to find it for Xperia.
