IPhone :: After Joining ICloud I Cannot Send Email On IPad - Have Not Changed Password Or Any Settings?

Do I need to delete and reinstall my e-mail account in order to send/reply emails? The same email account on my computer works fine it is just on the iPhone and iPad I cannont send/reply.
I have changed my email password on my gmail account using the web browser on my desktop. But I am having difficulty accessing the email settings on my Torch so that I can tap in the new password. I go to "Set up" and then have the choice of "Internet mail account" or "Enterprise account". I click on the first one and get a page entitled "existing users". I then have to tap in my user name and password. I assume this refers to my blackberry username and password. But when I tap the info in and press "continue" I get a message saying "The user name is invalid. A user name must be at least 4 characters". My user name is my gmail address which includes 16 letters before @gmail.com.
I changed my iCloud password, I'm able to receive mails in my computer but not in my iPhone, Also my iPhone shuts down from time to time even if the battery is almost full. When I reopen it, it changes the hour. If there something I can do alone or do I need to take the iPhone to a technichian?
I went into the Appleid and updated the email address there. The problem?? Icloud on my Iphone 4! It does not allow you to change the User ID in settings! I've tried going to store and sign out and sign back in. Did not work!
How can I send my contacts to my iPhone? I have tried to do this through my iCcloud settings, but I do not get the prompt for a merge. Is there another way to do this? Am I doing something wrong?
I am trying to change my email settings as i changed my email account. When i go to "Setup", "Email Accounts", then click on "Internet Mail Account", it simply circulates back to "Email Accounts". It keeps doing this repeatedly. I have done a soft and hard reset (by removing battery) and have updated software but nothing seems to help.
I crushed my iPhone and went to download all my info to the new iPhone I could not acess the cloud because it has a old hotmail account and password assigned to it. I still use the hotmail account but the password has been changed and I cannot remember what it.was that long ago. Last November I changed my Apple ID email from hotmail to Gmail..however never changed the iCloud info..it will not let me change it now or acess the cloud ... How is this done ?
I keep getting a prompt on my LG G3 saying "Authentication Required. Password has been changed". My password has NOT been changed. My emails are not updating and it will not let me manually update either. when I do that I get this authentication message again.
I have my work emails fed to my Bold and all has worked well until today - when I was required by my trusty employer to update my Outlook password. As I have tried to follow the instructions from Blackberry (the verify form message), I have gotten stuck in a loop. I go to "Setup" -> "Email account" and click on it. This takes me to "Email Accounts" where I choose option "Internet Mail Account" (it is not an Enterprise account). Click. Now I am back at the previous screen. This loop is nauseatingly repeatable. I have also noticed that, I can really lock up my phone depending on how I exit the Setup app.
Battery removing time. So I have also been trying to simply remove the email account altogether and have been stymied at that as well. I went to the folder for the Outlook emails, chose "Options" then "Email Account Management". And I always get this popup: "Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider." Meanwhile, and just for clarification, the other email account (Yahoo) is still receiving mail -- got one while I've been typing this. Thus I cannot get to the settings to change the account/password, and I cannot just delete the account outright. So far as I know.
When I first set up my iCloud acct. on my iPhone 5s (7.1.1), I had a different email address than I do now. In trying to log in, it asks me for a long-forgotten password to this old email.
How can I resolve this???? I can't even delete the account because it requires that same old password first before I can turn off "Find My Phone."
I cannot send mails...I keep getting message that recipient was rejected by server because the user is unknown. All settings seem to be in order. Sent messages up til recently!
using googlemail on my imac and synced via itunes. This worked perfectly on my old iphone 3 but won't allow me to send any emails from the new one. I'm still receiving email so the password must be correct. Not sure what to do now?
I have struggled over this for days. I recently lost the internet provider on my old internet account which was my old Apple ID. I successfully changed my Apple ID in ITunes to a new permanent email address. I cannot change the settings on the App store or ICloud. The suggested solutions for this problem have not worked for me because there is no option for changing the old Apple ID. When you tap on it, it does not change. I have tried signing in with the Old Apple ID (the old email account) and it doesn't work either. I have synced my phone (and lost my contacts in the process but that was an entirely different headache!) to no avail.
Some of the solutions stated that I should go to the store and tap on the Apple ID and it would allow me to change...no such luck. Also when I tried Iforgot, it would only let me change my password which is not really any help because the problem is the Apple Id.
I purchased an audio book directly from my iPhone 4, but it doesn't appear on my iPad through iCloud. I thought anything you bought on any apple device shows up on all devices????
just came home from a trip that i used my iphone 4s to take pictures. when i came home, the photos hadn't gotten onto my ipad. I had photo stream turned off in iCloud so I turned it on. I have connected both iPad and iPhone are connected to wifi. I had turned several things off on my iPhone during this trip because it was an international trip and I didn't want to get any extra charges. I'm not sure what I turned off because I'm not too swift with electronics. I think everything is back to where it should be now but not positive. Why hasn't iCloud sent my photos from my iPhone to my iPad ?
After my wife dropped my iPhone in the Indian ocean, I am awaiting a new handset from my insurers.The only backup I have on iCloud is one backed up from my iPad. This has all my contacts, settings ect.I do not have any iTunes backups as I changed machines and did fresh installs. Now, can I use the iCloud IPAD backup to restore my new iPhone?Ie - will my new iPhone detect the iPad backup and restore from this.
I have recently had to change my e-mail account passwords. Now in order to change them on my blackberry I am asked to do the following when I go to the set up:

I have 3 e-mail accounts going to this phone and each has a new password. I do not know what my user name is, I set it up 2 years ago...how do I retreive my username? when I click on "forgot password" it says the password has been sent to my phone, but I never receive it.
I just replaced my Blackberry Torch 9800 with an identical device. There is a User name and Password needed to access e-mail settings.
My device prev iously remembered the User Name and Password (e.g., when I had to synchronize my e-mail whenever the password for the e-mail account changed) but now that the device has been replaced, it is now asking for this information which I have misplaced. Is there an easy way to re-set this password?
I do not remember the User name either (it says the password can be sent to the device if the correct User name is provided). Unfortunately right now I cannot access any e-mail on the device.
Just recently I have had a problem with being able to edit my email settings, when I go to main menu > set up > Email accounts it comes up with a username and password. I assume the username that it is requesting would be an email address so I've tried all of mine and all of my passwords in the box, it doesn't seem to be accepting any of them. Also according to my service provider and my sisters blackberry it's not supposed to be requesting any type of username or password there. I have three email accounts: Google mail, Window's live mail and my blackberry email account. My service provider is 3 UK.
I wanted to shorten my original password from 6 characters to 4 so I went into Settings and chaged it now it reads my 'new password' as wrong and disbles my phone. CAn anyone give me a hand with this one??
i changed my password on iPhone 5, the iphone is lock now.i dont want to restore because i dont have any backup and i have many photos and movies of my grandmother who died last year.
I recently created a back up of my phone. I followed the wrong advice and wiped the phone. So I went back and restored my back up. Everything backed up, however, the phone went back to default everything, selecting any tab or icon on the set up page will lock the phone when you try to back out or close, and emails cannot be configured - the emails reloaded but I cannot send, receive, or change any email settings - I get error message"unable to open email setup application. contact your wireless service provider." The MAIN issue now is my wireless service provider is not aware of this problem and they keep trying to send me updates via email not accepting that I cannot get my emails from my phone anymore. and are baffled that removing the battery and restarting isn't working?
