I got my IPhone unlock from AT&T, but still when I restore my IPhone with ITunes its not getting unlock. It says invalid SIM. Can you let me know my Unlock code to get it unlock my IPhone 4? Can you please verify me whether in your system its unlock now. As AT&T told me that they had already processed the request to Apple for the unlock and if it still not working need to contact Apple.

Is there no way to bring my phone back into normal mode, really unlocked and restored to a normal apple state? It works now (using T-mobile here in europe), but i would like to update it, and sync it as it should be.

I have an iphone 4s that is less than 2years old. The service warranty has expired. A few days ago the lock/sleep/power button stopped working so I had to access the assistive touch icon to lock the phone. Now, the assistive touch button works when I touch the screen (I can move it around) but my phone will not slide to unlock, let me open the camera by sliding up or let me open the flashlight/brightness panel from the bottom. I cannot reset my phone because the lock button stopped working. My contract is up in February so I cant buy a new phone

It feels somewhat sticky - the mute key on the right side makes a clicky sound when pressed down whereas the lock button just presses in without making any contact. I understand that you can set a password but that is rather inconvenient as you have to wait 1 minute for it to lock and every time I want to use the phone I have to type in a code. I can lock the phone by holding down A/* but then there is no way of unlocking it again. the phone came with the holster because that seems to unlock it for me - but this is obviously less than ideal.What can I do? Is there a shortcut to unlocking like on the Curve 8520 (a/* and the call button)?

I locked it as per normal, using the ''unlock'' and "function" buttons but when I went to unlock using the same buttons it didn't work. It's not coming up with the "now press function" message when I press unlock, so I'm presuming there's a problem with the button. When ever I try to unlock (dragging lock button from left to right) , I am unable to unlock in one go. It is taking multiple attemts to unlock my phone.I also observed that when I get to call, to cancel dragging the icon from right to left this is required multiple attempts.i.e many time dragging icon from right to left.
I don't know whether it is software problem or hardware. I have tried the repair operation also. my xperia neo is uptodate and running 2.3.4 os.I also tried to un install apps but I couldn't find any difference.Also once I unlock, those 5 screens, I can scroll inbetween and can touch home button. But when I long press on the screen to add widget/folder I am unable to do it as soon as I unlock phone. It is taking some time to respond.
As I purchased this phone in UK and using it in India, I am not sure how much service I can get in india from SE.I have bill for the mobile too.in other posts somebody told me to remove yahoo and i did the same but didn't find any difference.in short the touch scence is not responsive during unlock and for a while once get the home screen.
