Apr 19, 2012My iPhone is not showing that it is connected to wi-fi. My laptop is showing the wi-fi signal with a completely strong signal. I have turned the phone off & on multiple times, and have turned the wi-fi (on the phone) off & on multiple times as well, all with the same result.

May 9, 2012I set up the time capsule today and connected my MBP and a windows laptop to it. The iphone 4s connected smoothly to the time capsule and see full wifi strength on the phone. The internet connection on the phone is however very patchy. I get the connection for about 1sec and then drops off for the next few seconds. I have checked the connection using speed test. The internet connection is however working fine on the MBR and the windows laptop.

I looked up the specs of this phone online and all of the websites claim that the phone comes with wi-fi capabilities and I assume that since this phone was released in late 2009 that it has wi-fi.

Aug 15, 2011First, when I bought my Xperia Play(4 months ago)my home network WiFi worked very well on it but today when I search for wifi network I just can not find it I checked my laptop: the WiFi was working very well and I checked my family phones (Android and Iphone) and also they are connecting and working.i tried to do the next : 1- turn off and on my modem (I think it is called like that, I am not that good in networks) but nothing happened
2-turn off and on wifi on my phone
3-turn off and on my Xperia Play
4-Uninstalled go launcher
last things I have did before this happened :
1- Installed a game from the market that uses WiFi called : The Sims Free Play
2- Installed go launcher and go locker with ICS theme
More information : when I go to my WiFi settings I see that IP address is Unavailable.

Dec 11, 2013I just upgraded from the Evo 4g LTE. So far so good except for one issue. I'm having problems w/ wifi notifications showing available networks even though I have the option turned off. I did a search and saw that several folks have had the issue but no resolution that I found. Is this a bug w/ 4.3 or am I missing a setting?

Mar 14, 2015Since one week i have really annoying problems with my internet in xperia. Problem is that after several minutes of using internet on it for example wifi, it just disconnects from internet. Arrow on wifi symbol is still showing that it's sending something but internet is gone, i have the same problem with 3g too. After couple of seconds it reconnects, or if I restart wifi really fast internet is still on. Is it possible that it happened after i dropped it few times when I moved out.

Dec 8, 2011So at first I thought that the Razr had a weak WiFi reception. So I decided to install a WiFi access point in my office, basically on my desk. I connected the Razr to it but yet, it still occasionally shows a low signal or drops the connection completely then reconnects, works for a bit then drops it again. I'm at a point where I had to turn WiFi off on my phone because it was draining my battery so fast from flipping between the Cellular network and WiFi network way to often. I also have a Glaxy Tab 7.0 Plus connected to the same access point and it never drops a connection and it shows 100% strong on the signal.
