Just now I tried to connect wifi , but it seemed like hanging there, so I restart my phone.
After restart, the wifi section in setting show No Wi-Fi and it do not allow you to press anything also. Just grey color there
I have tried to reset network setting and restart for several timesbut it is still same.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI thought I read the feature they were adding was that you could toggle it so wifi never went to sleep, or hibernate, whatever they call it, so that IM apps and texting apps on a Touch could stay active. I'm seeing what I think is the Wifi on all the time, and I'm now getting alerts from Beejive when someone texts me, but I see no setting anywhere to turn this off. Is it simply on with no option to turn it off?

All of the sudden my wife's 3g show "no wifi" in settings. You cannot even select it. It is as if the phone does not have wireless capabilities. I'm going to try and restore tonight but does anyone have any suggestions other than that, or has anyone experienced something similar?

Instead, it only appears under "computer" when connected with a USB cable. Apple-based PCs have no problem seeing the phone on the network. I use Fing on everything but the W7 PC. I've recently bought a Nokia 5800 xm and have been able to connect it to my home internet using the wlan wifi.
I can only use the wifi if i go to settings>connectivity>wlan. If i go straight to internet, it tries to connect to t-mobile internet. This also happens when trying to use applications such as bbc iplayer and the ovi store.
Is there a way of setting the wifi connection as the default connection? If not, is there a way of setting up my applications so they connect using wifi?
