7I have been expierencing an issue with my iphone 4 ( IOS 7 ) I noticed one day that my wifi wasn't on .. so as ushual I would go to settings > Wi-fi > and my normal network.. but nothing showed up .. so I turned my Wi-Fi off then back on , the loading cirle showed up , went away and still nothing was there , this has made it verry hard for me to do things on google or texting my boss

Just now I tried to connect wifi , but it seemed like hanging there, so I restart my phone.
After restart, the wifi section in setting show No Wi-Fi and it do not allow you to press anything also. Just grey color there

I recently updated my s5 to 4.4.4 and now apps such as snapchat, facebook, and instagram wont load. Chrome and other apps work fine. If I do put the phone on airplane mode the wifi works perfectly and also using data works perfectly.

I just received a new iphone 4 to replace a broken one. Its been about 6 hours and only 2 of my apps have loaded.
