May 1, 2010When I try and change my ringtone on my N97. I go into the profile & generalize then I look at my list of songs but when I click on the one I want to use it says 'unable to select object'. Also sometimes it does let me use one eventually (after i select it about 10 times) but then when my phone rings it's just the normal nokia ringing tone. Can anyone advise how to use songs as ringtones and how to keep that tone being used?

Jan 5, 2013When my Lumia is connected to the car via bluetooth, its connected with both audio profiles, Voice (Phone Call Audio) and Music (A2DP).So when connected and Nokia Drive is running the audio is sent to A2DP to then be sent to the aux input of the car stereo. This is all well and good if you have the radio on and AUX selected. But if you are listening to FM radio or a CD etc you don't hear any voice guidance from Nokia Maps.
This is a question directed at Nokia Maps Developers. Can a setting be created that allows you to select audio output via bluetooth? If you could select it to go via the Voice/Phone call Profile, like for instance the Speech input works on Windows Phone, for reading/replying to text messages, then when ever there is a direction to be spoken, the car bluetooth would treat it as a phone call, cut sound to the radio and speak the direction through the speakers no matter what the radio was outputting.If the above doesn't make sense then please ask me as this would be a worth while setting to be developed.

Mar 10, 2010I've recently bought a Nokia 5800 xm and have been able to connect it to my home internet using the wlan wifi.
I can only use the wifi if i go to settings>connectivity>wlan. If i go straight to internet, it tries to connect to t-mobile internet. This also happens when trying to use applications such as bbc iplayer and the ovi store.
Is there a way of setting the wifi connection as the default connection? If not, is there a way of setting up my applications so they connect using wifi?

News letters from shopping mall sites, business mails from partners, customer's feedback mails and notification mails from SNS ..... After reading some interesting mail, there's mails I don't want to open for today. I mean it's NOT that I stop subscription, just wanna delete for now. But, there's no "Select all" button in Mail List and I cannot select mails to be removed all at a time. So, the Mail app force me to tap each mails that I don't need to touch (one at a time... one at a time) Given that you've got mails too lot a day, the number of times you have to tap would really mass up your day life! To delete all, We should go to trash box and tap 'delete all'but before we move each mail we need select all button. it's deferent delete all and select all. delete all button is enough and useful for now in trash box. I think select all button in Mail Inbox(List) is urgent issue.

Problem is that when I go to select my questions and answers I can do the first two no problem and then when I try and hit the third option to go and select one of the questions it won't let me select from any options as it just stays on 'choose' and won't go in to the options. Then I am stuck as if I try and select done it says I haven't filled out all the required fields.
