today my phone unlocked itself in my pocket, went on Internet for 80 usd. is there any way to change the drag down screen to a code or something. i mean when you press the power button and drag your finger down. i want a code or something to prevent the phone to "login".

I'm on the o2 uk network, and have a BB Curve 9630 (I think lol, can't check as I'm using it to write this) my problem is my phone is letting me acess the net, send receive emails and use bbm, but can't send or receive texts or calls. I contacted o2 who said there's no prob with network and sim works in a different phone ok. I'm a pay as you go customer. I was looking for the same thing, to change imei to another BB curve I have that won't go on, but don't think that's gna happen. I cant change my WiFi security code. It is supposed to be as WAP/WPA2 PSK. But in my phone it is showing as WPA PSK. Is it a problem with my phone or with the WiFi connection? Please help me out. I don't need it all the time but it would be useful when making working calls when on the road so that they don't have my personal cell # and nobody ever answers " unknown" so *67 isnt the key.
I also am not really interested in spoofing my number with a fake one or creating a Google voice (or similar account) and then having two phone #'s to worry about.
I've been an owner of a HTC tattoo for a couple of months now and suddenly it doesn't want to register the SIM card, it just says "no SIM card in phone"
Is this something relatively common or is it likely to be a technical issue?
I will admit to have dropped it one floor onto a spiral staircase, but that happened about a month before it stopped working

Since I haven't activated that service, my sending fails. On the other hand, I'm able to view and import vCards I receive (I'm sure my friends are not using MMS either). When the phone is locked the "normal" way to unlock it is to slide down the screen with your finger, the problem is that it also unlocks just by pressing the menu key. No need to do anything else.A frequent situation: make a call, lock the phone, and put it inside a bag (hand bag). In this case it's extremely easy for the phone to call anyone in your list of recent calls. It's happened to me a few times already.The unlock procedure should be clear: you need to drag your finger down the screen.
