if the HTC One M9 has any "notifications" or "alerts" if the call is dropped from the network? For example, does the phone sound a tone... or show a notification ("Phone connection lost")

When i discoonect an Incoming call using power button, it does not show it in the notification area as "Missed Call" but it is shown in RED in call histroy.
But the same functionality use to work like a charm in iOS6.Â
iOS 6 to be easy for CallBack
1. See incoming call
2. Drop with power button
3. Swipe for callback from Notifications Â
iOS 7 for CallBack worried me
1. See incoming call
2. Drop with power button
3. Swipe to unlock (because missed call shows in notification 1 seconds and hide)
4. Open Phone app
5. Select category Recents
6. Click for Missed Call, it is shown as REDÂ Â

Her voicemail notifications wasn't coming up. She had to call her voicemail periodically to see if she had any voicemails.
She has 3.1.2 installed. The phone is also jailbroken. We both have AT&T. She called AT&T and and they did some troubleshooting and they fixed her voicemail, then said that they think that she needs a new SIM.
Are Call Failed and Dropped call same? I just had another "Call Failed" with my iphone 4 (probably the 10 the one since I purchased it about 20 days ago). Does anyone know if it's network/phone or other person when it is call failed?

After about 10 minutes, the call just abruptly dropped. Coming from Verizon, I knew this would happen, just not so soon. I guess it's all just part of being an iPhone owner.

I am experiencing an inconsistent, but elatively frequent issue with my RAZR. I'm on a call, a second call comes in. Sometimes, I ignore the call and my original call gets dropped. Other times, I switch over to pick up the second call and both calls get dropped. Sometimes, it works is it should and I can go back and forth between calls as expected. This has happened in multiple locations, so I do not believe it is tower specific. I never experienced this issue with the original Moto Droid I owned prior to the RAZR.

View 13 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded to the 9700 with Tmo in December. Coming from an 8900 I thought it would truly be an "upgrade". Since getting the 9700 i have had more dropped calls, call fail, can not access server etc. The phone will even go into a soft reset mid call, text or email for no reason. I called tmo and the replaced the phone and sim card. it worked well for about a day or two and BAM same crap. I am not so sure its the phone anymore. Some people i talk to say it is TMO service but i have never had this problem before and have been with tmo for 3 yrs.any suggestions /advice?

I love the notifications, just not when I'm talking on the phone.I consistently have to pull the phone away from my ear when this happens.You don't realize how intense the vibration/sound is until it's in your ear. View 10 Replies View RelatedI have tried several times to setup my Samsung Droid Charge and get it to connect to MOTOACTV. Every time I have run the smartphone setup and run MOTOACTVon my phone, I select the motoactv on through the app and it says to pair. The pairing codes on the phone and the device match and I select the "pair" option on motoactv and the "allow" option on the phone. The message stating to allow bluetooth pairing remains on the screen and I am not allowed to go through any further options. Finally this evening it let me through the options to allow calls, etc

When I had the iPhone 4s the banner notification would pop up on the screen so that I could see who had texted/emailed/etc. while on the phone without having to click into the notification center. Is there anyway I can change settings on my phone so that I can still get banner notifications while on a phone call?

Whenever I receive a call and I miss that call i don't get an alert of ever getting that call. The phone icon doesn't show I missed it, doesn't tell me I have a voice mail or anything. My phones pretty brandnew, only a few weeks old.

it can show up in my message log. i don't need to see a message that says i have X amount of missed calls, and then required to push the OK button. I don't need to push that button, i can see the missed call symbol perfectly fine.

The only thing in the settings I've seen is to just turn of notifications completely, which I don't really consider a solution since I would like my phone to vibrate when things come in normally.I've missed the simple setting that stops vibration during a call.
