Since I received a Sprint update 2 weeks ago I cannot update either my profile or prl. Have done the ##72786# and the manual update with no luck. Really don't want to do a hard reset. Phone running great otherwise.

One day I noticed that My Local Profile on the texts was not showing, I filled out the info, although it is also in my contact list and next day again blank. I am not sure if it has to do with sync or not.
I have a Motorola Admiral. I read on another forum that a profile update and PRL update could help with the data connectivity issues I've been having (3G does not work). I have tried both updates on numerous occasions and they have failed each time. The screen displays: "The PRL (or Profile) update failed. ErrorCode is NETWORK_ERROR".
View 3 Replies View RelatedIt seems every time a contact on my twitter account changes its profile picture, Motoblur simply do not show it anymore neither on the widget or the Motoblur app that the widget calls. In place of the precedent picture I then get the gray generic anonymous shadow. I'm not sure it is froyo related, but it sure started after the upgrade. I can imagine the issue coming from the Blur service on the servers and not from the phone itself.

View 6 Replies View Relatedso I just recently update from 4.7 to 5.0.0.732. I can't get the darn thing to provision to save its life. I don't have BIS/BES since it's on Boost but the data did work before, at one point at least As of right now I can make/answer calls, send/receive SMS. No MMS and no Web, GPS, etc. My status says 1xev and I need it to say 1XEV. Whenever I try to Register Now (Host Routing Table) it never provisions, whenever I attempt to Update Profile, or Update Preferred List it says that it can't complete request. Any options I need to change or steps to take different? BTW Data did work on 4.7 and 5.0.0.6## and people have reported that it does work on .732

On my 9700 the default sound profile overrides the custom profile. From everything I've read so far it's supposed to be the opposite correct? What am I missing or not understanding?

View 2 Replies View RelatedIn my Nokia E63, when I try to create a new Profile (an office profile, where I want the tones, volumes etc. to be customized), the profile creation page screen does not open.I do it this way. Menu > Tools > Profiles > Options > Create new.
I expect a create new profile screen to open, but nothing happens. 'Create new' option just exits the Options panel and does not open the create new profile screen.
I have setup and used a SIP profile through the advanced VOIP settings etc.However once a net call is made, the profile registers with the ITSP, but then stays linked whilst the E72 is within range of one of the WiFi access points.Is there any way of manually disabling the profile so it disconnects from SIP until another call is started?
