Newbie N1 user here. I have used doubletwist to get some photos across to my N1 but now I cannot find the original gallery of wallpapers or see the wallpaper choser in the Display/Sounds main section.

My Samsung s5 keeps reverting back to the original screen wallpaper. Is starting to really tick me off. The ones that will last for a month or two then it goes right back sometimes they last less than that. Also my apps keep disappearing on the home screens. The app pages I create.

Seems like all the apps I use are only in landscape and to get a wallpaper you have to crop them, which kills the resolution... And doing a Google search for 1080x1920 wallpapers does not get the job done.

It seems like all roads lead to instructions, not actual wallpapers.I'm all set with the procedure, been using bitpim for a while now so I've got that down pat. But I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a decent collection of animated wallpapers for this phone.

After 3 dayes from buying my new i phone 4S it's fall and broken the front glass only, the touch and the LED work totaly normal.
what i want is the original one of the front screen for the i phone 4S and how i cant recognized it from any other simulated manufacture.
I have one computer in the family and 3 devices - an iPod Touch 4G, and 2 iPhone 4S'. I never sync the iPhones to the computer, only the iPod Touch, and I have 3 separate iTunes libraries for each. So today I tried connecting one of the iPhones to the computer, but a message popped up saying that the device was already synced to another library, and I would have to Erase and Sync. I tried looking for the library I made specifically for that device, but when I opened it, the library was exactly the same as the one I use for my iPod! How do I find the original iTunes library I made for the iPhone?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI was trying to create a sub folder in my address book & now I can't find my original add book. The add book icon is still there, but there are no contacts in it. The best i remember i hit filter and chose business & typed in a name for what i thought would be a new folder or group. i'm not sure what happened, but I can't see any of my contacts. I have switched from personl to business & back again & it says "no contacts" on both. But if I go to email & put in a letter all of my old contacts that begin with that letter show up. & my speed dials still work. But if i go to sms/mms & do compose sms it shows "No Addresses"....well I spoke too soon...now if i go to email & type in a letter it don't show a list of ppl that begin with that letter.... I have tried taking the battery out with the phone off & on & it's still the same....

Is it a simple matter of putting the photo onto the camera via syncing and then selecting it as the wallpaper, or does the new wallpaper pic have to be placed into a specific album or location in camera roll in order to be selectable via settings for wallpaper?
I just put them on my phone and they fit pretty well, so I thought I'd share. I made them high-resolution for the iPhone 4. The wood one seems to work well for the home screen while the abstract works for the lock screen.

View 15 Replies View RelatedA few days ago, I noticed that all my wallpapers are gone but the one I selected. Neither the Settings -> Wallpapers nor the Gallery section contains them but i was able to Download them. Is it somehow possible to get them back in the Settings -> Wallpaper section? I aleady tried the simpliest way, I connected my device to my computer and copied them to the phone, but taht does not lead to the desired solution. My next step was to get access via ssh and find the folder where the wallpapers actually are stored in. Both times, no success. I even reset the N9 to factory due to other minor inconsistencies, this morning. Again, no success. Now I'm at a loss what to do next, does anyone have the same problem or does someone have a solution for this for example the wallpaer folder on the phone or maybe an easier way to get them back.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am facing a trouble with the home screen wallpaper. I have few pictures on the BB bold 9900 and when I open those pictures they are getting opened in the right format(size).
But when I select them for my wallpapers they are getting distorted as BB is accepting them with larger(Zoom) size.I checked the default images(Autumn,detail,Droplet etc) on the phone as well and found that it is getting distorted as I have zoomed it but in actual I have not. The same way wallpapers images are getting saved with Zoomed size.I have done the reset wallpapers on the home screen preference option and also tried to reset settings as well but still no success. Is there any way to get the wallpapers in the normal size rather than zoomed size.
So, for the first time since I got it, I tried setting some new wallpapers, see if maybe there's something that'd look nice. But then presented itself a problem: when I set a wallpaper, the upper and lower edges of the screen remained a blurry sort of thing, the same colour as the default background of the theme (in my case, it was the Golden Business). My question is whether this can be disabled? I searched, and I couldn't find.Also, writin' this on my Nokia E72 right now (yeah, advertising Nokia's product on their own site).

View 8 Replies View RelatedEvery picture taken from my Bold 9900 is displayed twice in "Camera Pictures" folder. Same problem with the Wallpapers also. And when I delete any of these two pictures, both gets deleted. That means it's not creating a copy itself. Can't even sroll to the right to check the next picture using trackpad. But scrolling is possible with touch screen after a hard push.
