I have a T-Mobile Dash 3G with a broken LCD screen. Can anyone suggest a place where I can buy a replacement screen? Could only find one website, and they were charging over $50 shipped. I have a dash 2g as well, will that screen work on it? If not, can anyone recommend a good place to buy a replacement LCD?
View 1 RepliesMy beloved Galaxy S2 is currently with T-mobile for assessment as a result of a broken screen (under the glass) and the view of the shop was that as it was a broken screen it was automatically my fault.I am at a loss as to how they can know this without even seeing the phone. Hence why I was unprepared to pre-authorise a repair without knowing the cost first.I have no issue with paying if it is my fault (like I did when I put a phone through the washing machine or when I dropped one on a sharp stone and shattered the screen or when I left one on the car roof and drove off only to see it bounce in the rear view mirror!) but this time it was very different as the screen went black as if power had gone and it needed to be switched back on - i initially thought it was a power fault. The next day I discovered a crack in the screen.

I installed Dash Clock with the notifier extensions. The problem is when I add it to the lock screen it adds it to the second lockscreen so I have to swipe across to see it. The normal standard clock remains on the main lockscreen. Am I doing something wrong? I am adding the widget by swiping from right left and clicking on the + icon, the + icon appears on a new screen not on the screen with the built in clock.
I want to know how to take snap shot of screen in ICS on Experia Pro. In GB it was easy, by just pressing the power button. But in ICS no such option is getting.

View 3 Replies View RelatedA feature that I used to love on my Lumia 920 on Win8.1 was that I could just tap the screen in the camera app on the spot that I wanted the focus to be on and the camera would focus and automatically proceed to take the photo. On the new Lumia 950 camera, I now need to focus and then separately press either the physical camera button or the soft camera button on screen. Any way to snap the photo in a single step by tapping the screen like I could do with the Windows 8.1 camera?

Opera Mini Browser displays the page correctly. Nokia E61 Native Browser also displays the page correctly. Tried another web connection (i.e. different router etc) but problem persists.

I think too much pressure was placed on the screen in my pocket and the LCD cracked although the plastic covering the LCD is in perfect condition. View 2 Replies View RelatedI had replaced the screen once, then it was working fine for a day, the next day it went gray, the screen has a gray scaling on it, then later on it just went to blank screen into white. I tried many things but it didn't work therefore I replaced the screen the second time then it started working again, but after a few hours it went off to black screen and the phone heated up soo high, since then its not turning on, I have had the battery replaced but its still not turning on.

It's out of warranty, and the screen broke, so I got it replaced, however ever since my signal keeps on dropping (I seemed to have fixed it by resetting network settings) but when I put it in my pocket and take it out, it's always searching for network. However that's not my problem, ever since I got the screen replaced my 3G doesn't work, it doesn't detect 3G at all and it's all enabled. I tested my sim in my other phone and 3G works fine, I did let the shop know who replaced my screen so they will be looking into it, however I wanted to find out how much an out of warranty iphone would cost if I took this to apple?

Managed to drop my Storm 2 and cracked the screen. All working OK, but bits of glass falling off was about to order a new LCD and noticed there seem to be two versions - version 2 and version 3. Any ideas on how I know which version I should order, or doesn't it matter?

The add said it was easy to do but I am having difficulty locating where the touch screen wire connects to. When I took the old screen off, the wires just came right up and I didn't see where they connect to. I'm puzzled 'cuz I don't know how it did happened. Is there a way to fix it so I can delete the album? Or at least, delete all photos at once, not one by one to increase the memory?
