Sep 24, 2010I have had an X6 for about a month now, and the slider keyguard on the phone had broken off. The phone is now in a permanent state of saying 'use keyguard to unlock keys and screen'. Obviously I cant because it doesn't work!!
I have tried leaving it switched off for 15 mins, and restating it. This lets me restart the time and date but then locks once the phone opens up. I have tried a drawing pin and paper clip to slide the keyguard without the keyguard but to no avail.

Mar 16, 2012tried installing the ms apps using a third party app since i saw it worked on other people's phones and i thought i would give it a shot i was wrong for about 3-4 days i've been scouring the internet trying to find a solution to the Home screen:feature not supported bug or whatever it is, but to no avail. I am starting to become a bit desperate as the gallery simply will not work no matter what i do, .jpgs wont open, and my phone has been handicapped in the most literal sense of the word. Also i've tried hard resetting twice but to no result. I've considered hacking the phone and installing a custom firmware but i didnt want to destroy the phone completely, and also waiting for the feature pack might take too long for me.

Feb 25, 2012By mistake I forgot to switch off my nokia C2 03 and removed the battery. After putting the recharged battery the screen appears white. Once switched on it does not get switch off. It does not charge the battery i.e. charging is not shown and white screen appears and after keeping the phone for 30 min nokia sound come with a logo of the same for 2 sec then mobule witches off. On attaching the charger the charging does not hoccur i.e. no sound of the charger being attached heard. On trying to switch on the phone it does not get switch on. Only after removing the batttery it gets switch on with a white screen. I tried this 5 times after removing memory card and sim card but result is the same. I had dropped the mobile from my hand before 2 days but its function were well till the battery removal. Kindly guide what is the like problem i.e. with damaged LED on some software problem. I bought the phone in Sept 2011 and is under warranty period.

I did those tasks but unfortunately the Handset remains in same problem. They need repair estimate. Called Samsung and they only have one 3rd party repair shop in Montreal. So I have to ship it to them,and then wait for 2 weeks to get an estimate. Telus said, it takes 2-6 weeks for the process.I am going out of the country in 3 weeks or less and wanted to get a better timing.

Sep 12, 2015I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and now the screen is all black. I went through insurance and received my new phone. I've deactivated the old phone and activated my new phone. I've been reading other responses for a similar problem but it seems like most of them have not activated the new phone yet and were able to wipe the phone using the Android Device Manager. Since I've already activated my new phone, if I use ADM it finds my new phone and not my old phone.
Is there a way to wipe the data off of the old phone with a broken screen after I've already activated my new phone?
